The Keto BHB was a total game changer for me for energy. I tried 2 pills in the morning but that was to much for me so I take 1 capsule with a full glass of water as soon as I wake up in the morning and then another at lunch to help me through my afternoon. I also drink about a half gallon of water a day because it’s good for digestion. I am not taking this for weight loss. This was highly recommended as I am going through perimenopause and I am so thankful I tried it. What most people don’t understand is when you begin a new supplement you don’t start at the highest dose as you need to give your body time to adjust. Some of the reviews show that people really aren’t educating themselves and just taking what the bottle recommends. I will never stop taking this and have referred it to many friends and family and they all have had a positive outcome as well. Start with small dose and allow your body time to acclimate and if you feel you need to increase down the road then cross that bridge when it comes! I felt a little obligated to come back and leave a review for this since my experience could truly help someone else. Within approximately a few hours of taking the recommended dosage on the Keto BHB, I felt some dizziness. Since this occurred in the morning I shrugged it off as very usual tiredness. The next day a few hours after taking the pills, I had a very bizarre feeling of dizziness as my office actually felt like it was slowly spinning. Fortunately I was sitting, so I waiting until that feeling passed... then I went a drank a lot of water. I essentially knew the feeling was related to these Keto BHB, the only other time I felt anything close to that dizziness was on the TimeMachine/Tornado ride at the amusement park. I recalled that I had taken a few vitamins/supplement earlier that morning .. so I planned to try another day without consuming anything else expect food, water and the 2 Keto BHB pills. >> The next day was worse! I got so dizzy that a I had to hold onto doorways and lean against the walls to make it to the bathroom, this time I felt sick as well, I held onto the sink with one hand and drank from the facet which I hate, (I only drink purified water). The spin felt strong that I was very close to calling security to contact 911 because I wasn't sure if I was able to remain conscience. I got my phone out and moved back into the hallway in case I suddenly collapsed so someone could see me if I did. Eventually the spinning sensation slowed enough feel like I was getting better, but the sick feeling lasted most of the day. I never took another Keto BHB pill after that and I never had another episode of dizziness. For reference I DO NOT >> Drink coffee, take drugs, only a social drinker - no alcohol in my system for over 2.5 month before and during the Keto BHB, no prescription medication during the Keto BHB usage. I have athlete level balance -- I'm thankful I was not driving as I sure, with the level of disorientation Keto BHB caused, I would have crushed into something. Be very mindful of what you will be doing in the hours after you've tried these pills for the first/second time, as they may not agree with your system in a highly impacting way. Be Safe!

I was pre-diabetic and had put on over 20 lbs while finishing a work project because I had no time to walk for three months and I was very stressed. The COVID-19 confinement didn't help! Dieting did not help, cutting out white sugar didn't help. After so much weight gain, I was terrified that I now had type II Diabetes. This is why, after doing some research and reading many reviews, I chose to give Purely Optimal Keto + Apple Cider Vinegar a chance. I believe apple cider vinegar is good for you and already use it in my cooking. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a pleasant smell and no taste. I have also started a keto diet. I feel that the capsules cut down my appetite a lot. I don't notice any side effects other than trouble sleeping if I take one too late in the day (which I don't). So far, I have lost nearly 2 lbs in 9 days. I am happy with that and determined to continue losing weight. Edit: I had great results at first. It also coincided with starting a keto diet. After a while, I did not see any new weight loss.

I started taking these about one month ago, just finished the first bottle and I have to say I do believe it's working. I have bad knees, getting both replaced very soon, so my activity level is low and that creates an environment where I tend to snack too often. Needless to say my weight is more than I wish it to be, about 50 pounds more given my frame and comfort level. I really haven't done anything different, may have cut down a bit on snacking, but I think it's because of these pills. I began these pills at 272, last weigh-in three days ago, I was 265, so 7 pounds, 1.75 pounds per week, a healthy pace. I'll take it! :) I did begin to feel slimmer after about 10-12 days, less bloated, not feeling so heavy, I felt that these could be been working and the scale has backed that up. First couple weeks seemed slow but the majority of the weight came off the last couple of weeks. So, I bought another bottle, and we'll see what happens. I gave it 4 stars overall only because I'm not 100% convinced yet...but as the title states, so far it seems to be working. Update: 11/18/2019 I'm prone to gout attacks and am currently going through a doozy with my left ankle, has lasted almost 5 days now. I can normally target my triggers and know what I messed up on when one comes but this time around, I can't. I'm not saying that these pills have caused this, but it's the only difference in the last few weeks. I read that BHB can act as a diuretic because of its acidic nature. This can give the kidneys some trouble in filtering out uric acid, increasing its build-up, which is the cause of gout attacks. Again, I cannot be certain of this, since there really is no certainty of why these attacks occur anyway, just want to throw that out there for those who may also have gout history. I have currently stopped taking them.

I've just started this product after a bunch of research. I was a bit skeptical because, well, because I'm human. Within an hour after the first dose I felt improved alertness. Not jittery, just, somehow more awake, less tired, less fatigued. Actually no fatigue at all. I thought it could be my mind because I anticipated this effect but I've been taking this product every day for 2 weeks now and the results are reliable and predictable. I feel better, more alert, my mind is more sharp. I usually have a cup of coffee on my way to work but I no longer feel like I have to have it in order to function. I know the many benefits of ACV and I actually decided to try Keto after my doctor discovered that my body doesn't process carbs normally, hence my fatigue, etc. I'm an otherwise healthy, active, middle-aged mom who works full time. I practice yoga 6 days a week and go to the gym at least 4 days a week. I focus on strength, balance, flexibility and developing lean muscles. I'm naturally curvy and tall. I'm not necessarily using the product to lose weight although I wouldn't mind getting rid of my baby pouch, which is why I haven't weighed myself since starting the product. Truth be told I don't even own a scale. That said though, my clothes are starting to feel a little different. Typically a size 16, my pants are loose and (TMI alert) almost all of my undergarments are too big now. It's funny, I know. I've never been one to snack and don't really have a sweet tooth but I've also noticed that I don't crave bread, like, at all. Because of how I process carbs I've cut bread out completely but the cravings damn near killed me. Since taking this product that's fully alleviated. I don't over-eat but I notice that I'm eating less and satisfied sooner when I do eat. I'm excited for my next check up with my doc to see how many pounds I've shed but more importantly to see what my A1C is. at it's high it was 6.9 and on my own I've brought it down to 5.7. I'm excited to see how being in ketosis will help bring it down even more. This product, so far, for this black woman, is freaking awesome. New review: I just finished my 6th or so bottle of this, last two bottles just didn't have any effect, no suppressant effects, no energy, I took months of breaks in between bottles, usually I start again and it is pretty effective but last two I saw literally no results. Very disappointing and makes me wonder if the formula has changed! Old review: I have tried many supplements to help with cravings. Fat burners, appetite suppressants, etc., but Keto BHB two a day in the morning with lots of water, demolishes my appetite. It can be a bit much as I’ll go almost a whole day not hungry needing to remind myself to eat. I do not get jittery or even much energy though. So I still drink coffee. It just makes my appetite non existent. I may try to take one a day instead to see if that helps. I haven’t weighed myself but I know I’ve lost some significant weight in the last 3/4 months because things fit baggy and clothes that were too small are fitting now. It helps me with carb/sugar cravings. I say try them out but don’t start with two right away see how it effects your appetite first!

This is a comparison review of with and without these salts....My husband and I started the Keto diet together earlier this year, my hubby lost weight immediately but I struggled and did not loose but a few pounds within a 3.5 month period. We took a break as we had a kitchen reno coming up and I would not be able to cook and keep us properly on the diet. The reno took 2 months. I read up on products for the Keto diet and came across this one. It had good reviews and most importantly for us the right price. The first thing I noticed was the energy. We are in our mid 50's and I usually have to take small naps to feel refreshed in the evening. I have been able to go non stop all day without batting an eye. I have also noticed I did not get that "Blah" feeling and headaches I got from the first go around with the Keto diet. Now for the kicker, I have lost weight FASTER than my hubby this time around, so much so that he started taking it. Now he says he has a ton more energy as well! So the race is off again on the diet, and so far this has been an incredible addition to our daily regimen. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for results. I know everyone is different and folks will have different results but for us it was much more energy and faster weight loss on the Keto diet.
