Rooftop Brands VL-3502 Velocity Propel Titanium HD Video Drone 2.4 GHz

My son bought this drone with his birthday money and the first time we take it outside it went rogue and took off. It would not land or come back. It is now lost and I have a very upset 12yr old. We followed all instructions and hit the auto start/land as instructed but it did not work. The drone is lost and it was a waste of money.
