My daughter's bike arrived today. When trying to assemble it (which only took 10-15 minutes), a piece was missing so I contacted the company immediately. I was greeted warmly, received an apology for the missing piece, and was assured it would be in the mail tomorrow. No complaints there!The metal frame seems to be of good quality, although I'm no biking expert by any means. The only complaint I have is the tires seem to be plastic-covered foam. I don't know exactly what they're made of, but I was expecting, and definitely did NOT get, air-filled tires for an $80 bike. Hopefully the tires will survive several children! Only time will tell.My daughter loves it, which is the most important thing. I do like that the seat and handlebar heights are adjustable.

Product is okay. Customer service is terrible. I needed a replacement washer and nut and they said I would need to buy the entire front tire. Their solution for a $1.00 part was for me to buy an entire wheel. Traci seemed condescending in emails, clearly customer service training is needed on her behalf. Buyer beware: If they are incapable of helping a customer obtain a washer, you could only imagine if there was a more elaborate request.

I bought this for my (then) 3 year old for Christmas. He didn't seem to show any interest in it but our other son (then 2 years old) actually started to use it and loves it. He is now 3 and lifts his legs up and rides it around and balances on it great. I actually really like the tires (some reviews said they didn't like them) because now we won't have to keep replacing flat tires every few months like we do our other bikes. These are great.

My daughter loves this bike. I was worried if she didn't pick it up she'd get frustrated, but she's pretty much gotten the hang of it and we've only taken it out three times now. The bike is easy to assemble and fairly easy to adjust. I did take one star away b/c we can't figure out how to tighten the handle bars enough that they don't get knocked askew every time she wipes out. It is really annoying to have to realign the handles with the front tire several times an outing. If we can get that fixed, this bike will be darn near perfect for us. Also, to the question about the tires--we haven't had any issue. The sidewalk was wet yesterday when we went out and the tires didn't seem slick at all.

We received this bike from a site that offers great discounts. Put together the bike with no problem, but were HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED that this bike has PLASTIC TIRES! Hoping my daughter(s) don't slide all over the sidewalk when using this bike! If it turns out to be a great product, I'll come back and give it a higher ranking.
