Probably ANY PPE mask or filter will be adequate, but I still use a vacuum to pull the dust away while mixing

What ratio, with or W/out Cabosil, can be added to resins before compromise of cohesion?

Depends entirely on the resin system, application technique, vacuum pull, cloth. Micro by itself has little cohesion value. I use Cabo and cotton flox for bonding structure

Does this 'Wet Out & Cure' translucent/transparent, as does most fiberglass cloth, or will it remain white opaque causing clouding of final product?

Yes, it will definitely cloud the appearance
