Can you keep this plugged in at home 24/7? Is there an on/off switch?

This product only worked for me for 4 months, because I had it plugged up 24/7. There's no on/off switch. I ended up purchasing Munchkin wipe warmer from Target. It works great.

All wipes fit.... However, it is a pain to just grab a handful to put into wipe warmer (not a lot fit)... what I do is fill up my wipe tub and just grab wipes from the tub to fill up the wipe warmer or I use wipe refills...

Will it hold any type of wipes or does it only take one brand?

I'm assuming any brand of wet disposable wipes... the couple I bought it for uses a cheaper brand (Parent's Choice, which is also what I use) and it works fine, so I imagine that the more expensive, mainstream brands (Huggies, Pampers, etc.) would work as well.

How many cloth wipes would it hold ?

Approximately 35. Awesome product. Ive had mine 9 years already.
