United States (USA) Laminated Placemat - Learn Geography at Mealtime!

Very nice graphics and surely educational however it cannot be used as a placemat for a child. Unless your child never spills a thing! Once you wipe it down the moisture wicks into the sides which are NOT laminated and the edges come apart. The paper delaminated and the edges were peeling apart after 2 wipes. I found the description to be very misleading. I have others that have been around for a year now and have held up great

Cute, fun, educational. I got it for my four year old daughter because she is just starting to learn about states. We live in New York, grandma lives in Missouri, Riley is from Minnesota (Inside Out), Dorothy is from Kansas (Wizard of Oz.) That's all we've done so far, but it's great to have around for those teachable moments. In addition to that, I'm learning new things too! Longest rivers, highest mountains, etc.

You know, at the end of the day, a placemat is a pretty small space to put 50 states on. Nothing wrong with this placemat...it's fine. But if you really want a fun map, maybe moving up to the size of a desk pad would work better....

This is a good way for a young child to learn some geography, and it has been a hit with my 5 yo granddaughter. The states and capitals are clearly marked, and the bright colors are a plus. Recommended.

Kids really liked this placemat. We use it as a place setting for dinner and the kids can check it out while eating. However, it only lasted two weeks as the laminate came off and when we washed it under the faucet it started falling apart. We've had other placemats like it that last for years. Great design and colors. Giving it 2 stars for poor quality.

A very nice map. Was easy for my son to use to learn the states and capitols.
