Easy way to stay on top of bone health
I’ve been taking these daily for a couple months as part of my routine, and they’re an easy addition — softgels go down smoothly, no chalky aftertaste like some calcium tablets I’ve tried before. I like that it combines calcium with Vitamin D3 in one softgel, since I know D3 helps with calcium absorption. Saves me from having to take two separate supplements and keeps things simple. At 220 softgels per bottle, this lasts a long time even with daily use, which makes it a good value compared to smaller bottles I’ve bought in the past. No stomach upset or other side effects for me, which isn’t always the case with calcium supplements. High quality Calcium with vitamin D
These gelcaps are high quality and being gelcaps makes them easier to swallow. My only complaint is that the gelcap is very large and you are supposed to take 2 daily. Taking them with milk makes it easier for those who have trouble swallowing larger pills. They were cheaper than my local supermarket or pharmacy and only took 2 days to get to Lubbock. Nature's Bounty is my go to source for quality vitamins and minerals at an affordable price.

good combo for calcium and vit d
My doctor says that the vitamin D works better with the calcium when taken as one instead of two separate pills. My levels are all good and I will continue taking to help me so I dont get osteoporosis. At least that is the goal. But since I have issues with freckles, I cant go out in sun much so this supplement helps. Good price too.

Great strength but very large to swallow...
Love the strength of this but get a bit of stomach upset and find the capsule really large to comfortably swallow without a lot of water and mind reset....
