BATZ Peter Leather Mens Slip-on Clogs Mules

I wear an American size 9.5, so I ordered the European size corresponding to an American size 10, since I had read in some reviews that the shoe came a bit small. When I first tried them on, I thought they seemed too small. My heel stuck out over the rear, and I was disappointed. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Then I noticed that my toe in each shoe was nowhere near the front of the shoe. So I concluded that the shoes simply weren't built roomy enough for my tall arches. But then I noticed the elastic on teach side of the shoe. I kicked the toe of the shoe gently against the wall, and my foot went straight in to where it should be. I'm now confident that after a brief "break-in" period, these shoes will be just what the doctor ordered, so to speak. I love them. The design is great. The heel no longer hangs over the back edge. They're still a bit snug, but I can feel the pressure diminishing already. They're going to be just fine. Order with confidence: get a size larger than you usual. They'll be fine.

They fit snug at first, this was expected. After my husband wore them around the house and outside, they fit perfect. He uses them as bedroom shoes and to run outside for a moment. He loves them! We were smart to purchase them.

I purchased my first pair and took them on a trip wearing them almost every day. very Comfortable fresh out of the box. I even ordered a pair in black to wear when I return home. Well made and very comfortable.I did get the second pair in back the same size as the first and they are a bit short in size so I will be sending back the second pair and ordering the 1/2 size larger.

I purchased these in size 10 for my husband because they looked like high quality shoes. We were very pleased when they arrived to see that they were made of beautiful leather, the sole is sturdy and won’t slip and the color was also nice. This brand was preferred because the sole offered some arch support, looked nice and price was lower than competing brand. They fit him perfectly. They do appear to be a wide, almost squarish type of toe box I thought might be too large, but he loves them. Perhaps these might be too wide for those with narrow feet. Normally would have preferred a slightly darker tone for the brown leather but this may darken with time and anyway looks great. Overall we both are very pleased and plan to buy a second pair soon.

Great looking very comfortable. 2nd try but either I have an arch to tall or the shoe sizes not good. By other people’s sguestions 1 says get your size others say get 1size bigger. I wear size 11 so ordered an 11.5 to compromise. To small sent back got size 12 and not much better. Will keep size 12 hoping they will stretch a bit as people said they do.

My first order got screwed up size wise being size 46 when I need a 42, but Amazon was very pleasant about having UPS pick up the return. The reordered 42’s fit a little snug but will surely wear in quickly. The leather is plyable and attractive. I think they will give me a full thousand days of full time use.

These will look the nicest when coming out of the box, then it's all downhill from there. The leather will "withen" and lose color 1 minute after use. Size-wise the length is good, but the middle of the foot is too tight going into the clog, so your heel will be stepping on the edge of the shoe -- very uncomfortable. The sole is extremely hard too. Maybe they need to be broken in, but I doubt the leather quality / color issues will get better over time.

Awesome shoes. Fit perfectly and are super comfortable. I wear a size 10 so I ordered the size 43 EU and they fit like a glove. They seem to be well made and are soft with or without socks. I highly recommend them.

I haven't bought shoes online previously, primarily because I thought it was essential to try them on first. However, I was tempted by the very good reviews of the Batz Peter mule and the offer of free return if needs be. I also spoke to the vendor, who kindly answered a few questions for me - it was great to be able to do that.They arrived today and I am absolutely delighted with them. They are very well made, fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable to wear. Having read previous reviews and the comments about sizing, I have to say that after discussing sizes with the seller, I decided to buy my usual size (41 EU, 7.5 UK) and they are a nice snug fit. Not too tight and not too loose. If they do stretch a bit with wear, I'm sure they will still be fine.I have no doubt that I'll buy them again.

Excellent. Comfortable and very well made clogs / mules - proudly 'made in the EU' - in Hungary - it would be great if UK manufacturers could continue to make this claim.....Size wise, for those with a UK size 10 fitting, there is a choice of 44 or 45. Normally, 44 fits me best but I found 44 to be just a little too small whereas 45 is perfect. If you're a UK 9.5 to 10 then I would go for a 44 - but a 10 to 10.5 I would suggest trying the 45.

At first I thought they were slightly too small but decided that because they were leather they would stretch a little with wear - this is what happened as they now fit perfectly (only took a couple of hours wearing around the house). They are very comfortable. highly recommended.

Slips off the foot very easily which is not great , although the quality is excellent they tend to be very small fitting

I like the leather insole and top. Sizing is as others have mentioned- come up slightly large- very roomy in the front. But not a problem for me as I need this at work.

Absolutely fabulous, we have been looking for shoes like these for almost 10 years, after purchasing a pair in Spain which he still has!!!! 🤭. These shoes are Excellent quality. But most importantly my husband is delighted with them. Thank you.

Seller calls them clogs ('Perfect wear at home, perfect at your workplace and also outside. We recommend them to every man who has to spend most of the day on foot.') However I see that the manufacturer's website calls them slippers. I hope nobody ever asks me "Why are you wearing your slippers outside?"

Well made sturdy but comfy

Had been looking at clogs for a while but most were not a good fit. Either 7’s or 8’s. These tan 7.5’s were a perfect fit. Half sizes are hard to come by, so I bought another pair in black.

Good quality leather clog, I take a size 10 and these are 10.5, a snug fit at the moment but after some wear they will be perfect. As all leather products there is always a little give after time so no problem with these.

Although size seem to be moderately thigh the small elasticity at the side allow for easy movement of foot

I bought these for my husband and I am so pleased with them. They look great and he says that they are very comfy.

Quality seems ok, comfortable now they have stretched a little, size is half a size bigger than would normally order, glad I did as they do come up smaller and just about fit

These are lovely shoes and very comfortable my one little gripe is for the price I think the care info could of been in english
