Holiday Electronics Deal sold this as a new product and despite the dramatic price gouge, I purchased this as it was the only bundle available. The product arrived, already opened, used and defective with a disc drive replacement and HDD replacement. Clearly there’s some altered software on the device allowing it to boot from this drive as all attempts at updating or HDD replacement have failed. These bundles are complete fraud!! Do not purchase!!!Going to have to contact Amazon directly.

Loved the design the reliability, just as expected by this brand!!! If you are thinking of a console just buy it, you will have no regrets!

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. I've now become a PS4 widow. All joking aside, we've played a few games together, but he's so happy to have this system and he can unwind after a hard day's work and enjoy his days off playing a game or two.

These guys are great. I ordered the PS4pro bundle a few weeks ago. The Spiderman game was left out of my shipment. When I notified EZEE, they responded immediately and handled everything with excellent customer service. They shipped the item to me and I received within days. I am very pleased and highly recommend ordering from EZEE.
