Any ideas on how to get the lid unstuck? No one in my family can get it off.

If the top cap or the top lid are stuck on it will be almost impossible to separate them I have at lease 2 mini shakers which are just decoration now. My experience is that these shakers are often made too tight.

Does the top have measurement lines, like 1/2 oz, 3/4 oz, 1 oz, etc?
