20mm Vial Crimper + 10 Set of 10ml Vials & Stoppers & Caps

My old crimper broke, and I ordered this one as the replacement. I think it's important to note that the included vials are not sterile, and need to be sterilized prior to any real use. The crimper itself, the reason I bought it, works amazing. though, and I have no regrets with it. I've probably sealed 500-750 bottles with it already, and it is working just as well as the first day I got it.

It's about time someone posts a legit review of the Highfree13mm Crimper. I already bought the 20mm Crimper (same Brand) and it is fantastic. It has been sturdy and Crimps well, and there is nothing to indicate it won't last a long time. The 13mm Crimper is just as good, although it looks like the unit I received was possibly a pre-used Crimp tool, and maybe was refurbished as it has blemishes on the Crimp head. That doesn't bother me at all, I just wanted a good quality 13mm Crimp tool at a good price. I am a very strong man, and I don't see how either Crimper would break unless you use it negligently. This vial crimper is easy to use and works very well. I am able to crimp vials with one hand, and when needed, using two hands provides extra pressure. The sealing process is quick and efficient, which makes it easy to work through multiple vials without any issues. It feels very sturdy and well made, with a solid stainless steel build. The tool is portable and easy to handle, and it produces clean, even seals every time. Overall, it seals reliably, works fast, and feels durable, making it a great tool for this type of work.

Functions well and the crimp is adjustable. Would buy again.

I actually bought two of them based on the positive reviews. The build of it, the weight, it's feels really sturdy and robust. However, the both ended up having serious issues. After 5 caps I was already having problems with it on the first one I bought. So the threads that keep the crimping mechanism on both of them were really loose. This resulted in constantly having to twist it back in manually which you had to do constantly. The first one started having serious issues by the 6th bottle, the second one lasted just over 20. It's not just on the crimping mechanism it's the pieces that go into the handles and while it looks like it can be tightened with a hex key, it cant So there's a huge amount of slack in the handles themselves. The worst part is that the spring that puts pressure on it to open is really strong but b/c it doesn't seat correctly, it's effectively useless. What's most problematic is that it will lightly seal the caps, but there's enough slack in the caps afterward that you can easily pull off the stopper and sealed lid. It seems like it's crimped if you don't look closely but if it's left on its side there's a near certainty the contents will seep out unless it's something viscous and heavy. If you think of any reconstituted peptide, it'll leak. All in all the materials its made of look and feel solid, but the threading and components that fit into each other are just really imprecise and loose that its hard to get a good seal when it's working right and mine both broke very quickly. Both of them had some problems immediately and the same issues happened with both, constantly having to manually twist the crimping mechanism in, a ton of slack in the handles and a lot in base as well.
