Is there any difference between the blue and red X80? I've heard the red leaves less lint than the blue.

We believe the red ones are stronger. We currently use them for dish clothes and are able to use them two weeks or more at a time before they start to lose there texture and by then they are getting thin but have never come apart. We use the blue for bathroom cleaning and they usually have to thrown away after a couple of uses.

Will these work for a center feed type dispenser?

If it will help you, the dimensions of a full roll are - 12" diameter; 12 1/4" wide; and 2 1/4" center tube diameter. I do not know what dispenser you have, but it works in ours (which was built by the maintenance folks). It is a center feed. Everybody loves these wipes!

Whats the difference betweenb these and the blue scotts towels?

These are heavy duty reusable towels. These don't fall apart when they get wet. When I think of Scott's towels I think of Bounty and there is no comparison.

will they stand up to hospital sterilization?

I don’t have any knowledge as to how the sterilization process works. I use them to wipe grease from metals, and it’s a tough towel. It doesn’t breakdown easily. It’s able to soak up diesel, gas etc without tearing apart.
