Exactly what I was looking for! Needed a cm ruler where the measurement starts flush with a flat end. I use it to measure the height of clay being thrown on the wheel, so the stainless steel is great to clean up.

I bought these to use in the kitchen while I am baking and cooking. Makes measuring dough easy. The length is just right rather than a 12 inch. Easy to clean and has a hole on the end so you can hang it for storing.

This pair of 16-inch stainless rules arrived sharp as knife blades on the edges. Totally unsafe for me or my son. I took steel wool to the edges and in about 30 passes on each side, had two excellent long, metal rulers. Given the low price, I am not overly critical of the meh quality. They won't be used for aerospace projects. Mainly for crafts.

This is made from stainless steel, making it heavy and durable. Of course, the first thing I checked was it's straight edge and easily passed that test. The imperial and metric markings are accurate and easy to read. Finally, the extra four inches makes it much better than a twelve-inch ruler.
