Not the greatest for cooking, weird taste, NOT super fine, overall not worth even this price
Honestly, it was kind of "meh" for Great Value rather than terrible and could be worse, but it definitely didn't get the job done and certainly not worth the price. The bag says the flour is super fine, but it definitely wasn't. The consistency made my fathead dough rolls and biscuits very crumbly and dry, and I might as well have skipped trying to use it as a breading on chicken tenders. The flour itself tasted weird, and that made anything I made with it taste weird. Maybe get this in a pinch, but I'd definitely buy a brand like Blue Diamond if I could. Which I did. I can utilize Blue Diamond almond flour a LOT better, and in certain recipes, you can hardly taste the difference between Blue Diamond and regular flour. Get with the game, Great Value.
