It fit perfectly
It was ordered as a replacement for the original which had cracks in 2 corners. It fit perfectly.

Better then the original
After 5 years the original cracked down one side. I read in another review that the sides on this replacement are thicker and I can confirm that this is the case in the one I received. It was longer than the original and I did have to cut it shorter like others mentioned, but no big deal if you have the tool to do it as I did. Even a hack saw would do it. The cut will not be seen. Some said it eventually cracked like the original. When I went to reinstall, I noticed that the original was pushed up against the frame where it cracked. So I just turned this one and drilled new holes. At the factory they are just not careful enough. One of the original holes was not even straight. Now it is centered and I think I will be okay. The MaxXfan model I have is 4951KS and it is in a 2017 Cougar if that helps anyone.

Decent quality/easy to cut to size.
The fit is perfect and it is very easy to cut to your size (depth) required to hide the attic section of a motorhome roof during roof fan install installation. All is good.

Trimable Garnish
This was perfect. I was able to trim it so it would fit exactly to my Maxxair configuration.

Check the corner and make of screen as the corner shape matters.
These are very strong in comparison to what I removed. The venting screen and these are not completely a direct fit. The hole and height are fine it's the shape of the corners you need to beware of. These are fairly sharp the screens are more rounded so it did take some work to fit them, but was worth every minute.
