Yes. I refilled an empty, large bottle that had previously contained sanitizer with this product. It is very simple to do. The refill container can be used to refill your bottle just by turning it upside down and pumping it. I also did this for a travel sized bottle. There was no mess and no contamination. It was smooth and seamless.
