We had a ink mark on our shiny brown leather Barcalounger. We tried hair spray, soap, and a ver long list of products. Ordered this, it took a couple days to receive, but used it before bed. In the morning washed the spot and I would say 95 percent on the ink is gone. The other 5 percent or less is hidden in the brown leather pattern. A week later we inked the couch again and used the stick immediately. The next day that stain was 100 percent gone. So I remembered that the car seat had an old ink stain. Light gray leather that had been stained 4 months ago. Treated it overnight and in the morning wiped the stain, but it didn’t do much of anything. So the quicker you use it, the happier you will be.

I tried it on a stain on upholstery and on ink stains on two different garments. It only dimmed the stains very slightly. Very disappointing results.

I was trying to get a juice stain from a piece of clothing that I can't put into the washer for various reasons. Simply put, the product doesn't quite do the job for me. Some parts of the stain have disappeared but the strongest center part of the stain is there pretty strong.

It is great to use for fabric furniture stains such as coffee spills, crayons, engine oil but will not remove hair coloring stains on leather. I plan of not returning it since I can use for those stains that I have successfully removed.

I had a few shirts with old stains because, well, I'm sloppy when I'm cooking and too lazy to put an apron on. These were grease stains that had been through the wash several times using stain stick, spray n wash, dawn - they weren't coming out. So I gave MX14 a try. I dabbed the stains with the solution as directed and let them sit for 24 hours. Threw them in the wash and, to my surprise, all the stains were gone with the exception of one - which was lighter. I repeated the process on that stain and WOW! It actually came out! This is going to save me a lot of clothes :) Check out my before and after photos. I haven't tried this on ink yet, so I don't know. If I try it I'll update my review.

My children drew all over my white leather couches and I order this to help me remove the marker stains but it did not do anything. I gave a two star for fast shipping but that's it

I still can't believe this product completely removed red permanent magic marker out of my light cream colored sweater and removed a dark oil based wood stain product from the sleeves of my husband's shirts (1 shirt was fleece fabric and the other a long sleeve cotton t-shirt). The directions stated that if the stain was lightening at all to stay with the process. I did because these were favored clothing items. I treated items numerous times and it worked. Fabric was not harmed in any way. I'm making another order right now!! Way to make a great product ladies.!! D. Smith
