Let me start off by saying I have Vaginal Atrophy; yes, it’s a real thing and it’s not fun. This product is absolutely AMAZING!!! So where do I start…… I’ve been looking for something that lasts longer than a few hours and/or after the first bathroom run, I had to make sure of the ingredients before purchasing as I have an allergy to sone products, and obviously if you’re reading this you are dry. We all know dryness causes a whole host of problems, and yes being dry also causes tears because you’re like sandpaper down there. Yes, having Vaginal Atrophy is worse than sandpaper. I’ve tried other products for outside dryness, and they were good, yet not great. After this last bout, I knew I had to try something different; this product was the something different. I read plenty of reviews, mostly good, yet I also read the bad reviews just to find out what women were saying, as they say, read it all so you know what you might be in for. If you’ve ever had Vaginal dryness so bad you tear, or like me you have Vaginal Atrophy, being dry takes on a whole new meaning. When I bought this I had vaginal tears, a rash because I was so dry, and few other issues. There’s no smell, it’s super moisturizing, and feels like silk. After it passed my skin test it was time to try it down there. I used a cotton round to apply so I wouldn’t scratch myself or make the tears any worse. This stuff is like butter, so moisturizing, so silky smooth, so soothing and oh so comforting . It lasted through the day, and several bathroom runs, didn’t melt/leak or make my underwear a total mess. Of course I had to reapply at night because I was that dry. After 2 full days, the dryness has subsided, no more tears, no sandpaper feeling, no burning/itching, and everything is as moist as it should be. The ingredients are 100% organic, I don’t have to use a lot, it’s not messy, and it lasts the entire day. Sone reviews complained of burning, I’m here to tell you, this product actually helped the burning and itching I was having because of the severe dryness, I know I had to use more than normal because of the tears and such. It has saved me and I’ll never go back to any other product, or buy any other product unless they change their ingredients. Will I buy again, Absolutely!!!

As an older woman in my 60’s with atrophy and possible lichen planus, this burned on the daily. Not even the clob the gyn was helping. I was struggling I have spent $$ on other vulva options. I saw this and recognized the manufacturer as they make a neuropathic calm that works for my n related neuropathy. I ordered on a Saturday and Amazon delivered on Sunday am. To say how well this works is an understatement. This lowered my pain by about 80 percent. As a person who retired from skincare at the cottage industry level I am beyond impressed at this product. Who cares if it is thick? That is a good thing!! I saw the reviews where the balm stinks. It doesn’t stink. As a retired skin professional I suggest people not get product with their wet hands. If you do that you can add bacteria to a sterile balm. This may be what folks were doing. Also, never , ever double dip as when you do, you can introduce bacteria into your balm. Do this. Wash your hands and dry thoroughly. The. Get the amount you want to apply with a single dip into the jar and then seal the jar. Doing that you should have absolutely no problems. If you put wet hands into any skincare balm, the water you introduce can grow mold. To those struggling with menopausal dryness, BUY THIS. I plan to bring the jar and show my gynecologist. Also consider asking your gyn to put you on the insert pill form if estradiol for hrt. The cream from that medication also can cause irritation. To the company - you delivered. I will be back when I start running out. Glad I bought the larger jar!

This suprisingly works I have tried coconut and I thought that was good however I didn’t realize how messy coconut was until I tried this product, no fragrance, the size is good for the money. 2 ounces does not seem like much but it is not for a large area. For the past couple of months I have had bad irritation after shaving I was on day three and nothing was working, I ordered this, used it over night, I was able to sleep better and it was still there in the morning, no mess at all either.

This has good ingredients for moisturizing. Check the different types included. It is a bit expensive however, and if you use it daily, it's not going to last long. I like it a lot but because of the cost not sure I will order again, unless they offer a deal at some point. My alternative is buying a pint of organic coconut oil at the grocery store. You have to kind of warm it up before you can apply it, and although thinner than this product, it is fairly moisturizing, and it lasts a long time. I keep some in a small container & warm it that way, then refill as needed.

There are many, many delightful things about being a woman, and most of the less-delightful things (mansplaining, being told to smile by random dudes, etc.) can usually be mitigated, avoided, or ignored. And...then there's menopause--or, in my case, perimenopause, which sounds kind of nice but really isn't. It started out okay, consisting mostly of the occasional not-even-hot-but-really-just-warm flash and some breakouts that I probably deserve because my skin was gloriously zit-free for pretty much all of my teen years. Until [cue record scratch sound effect] the itching began. Down south. If you get my meaning. Itchy nethers are never a good sign and so I dutifully investigated the usual culprits, only to rule them all out. Everything in the lady garden was as healthy as could be...but the itching continued. Bewildered, I turned to the internet and soon got my answer: the garden is drying out as my hormones dry up. Um, yikes. Not cool. My gynecologist cheerfully recommended hormone replacement therapy and then shrugged when she remembered that I actually can't do HRT for reasons not relevant here (and now I'm looking for a new gynecologist. Sigh). Anyway, having found no help from the medical profession, I returned to the trusty internet, and then I found this, and the many wonderful reviews of it. I'm delighted to say that all of the glowing reviews are right. This stuff works. Like, immediately and completely. Yes, the product is thick. That's good. It means it stays in place, and a little goes a long way. It provides instant relief without leaving any goopy or sticky residue. I use it a couple of times a day and everything in that region has returned to normal. So, long story short--if you are experiencing the "delight" of womanhood that is menopausal itching and dryness, buy this product and use it. You will be glad you did.

So, this is not something you can just rub your finger over and have enough to rub where you need it. This has the consistency of Carmex in a tin if your familiar with that. It does soften up a bit if you keep it out on your bathroom counter making it a bit softer, but still not soft enough to drag your finger through. My solution was to drag my thumbnail over the surface until I was satisfied with the amount, then transferring it to my forefinger and applying as needed. Will this stain the inside of your underwater? Probably. It has various oils in it that are "melted" by your body heat, however it never went through the 1st layer and I was never worried about it staining my clothing. I never felt the need to apply this more than 3x a day at most. I would probably opt for something softer next time im in the market for this type product but for the price point this was a good buy.

I purchased this product because I have Lichen Sclerosis, it is an autoimmune disease. You can’t catch it, it isn’t transferable. For the longest of time I thought it was a yeast infection and I tried everything OTC and what the dr prescribed, nothing worked. She did a biopsy and came back with LS. She prescribed a steroid cream to get it under control. I use that and during the day I use the Vulva Balm to protect the skin, the texture is very nice. I am quite happy with the product, a little bit goes a long way. This disease doesn’t go away, it’s a lifetime of treatment. It can go into remission and I am praying it does! Will be using this wonderful product for a very long time.

I absolutely love this product & could not live without it. I am 51, pre-menopausal & I need to have surgery on my uterus, but I can not afford to take time off of work to have it done. Because I need this surgery, this product is ESSENTIAL for my daily living. It provides moisture, comfort & reassurance that I can make it through the day. It is not greasy- it is smooth & silky and it doesnt just disappear once I start moving around. The 4oz jar lasted me at least 6 months and I live a VERY active life because of it.

"I thought my vaginal dryness was a UTI at first, when it was actually just severe dryness. This product is excellent and solved my problems in just a few days. I stop using it whenever I feel everything is fine, but as soon as I feel the dryness coming back, I go back to it. The cream can get your panties messy, so be prepared for that, but frankly, I prefer that over the horrible dryness sensation!
