Wife say's it worked for her knee so must be good , only thing is that the company should pack both the parts in such a way that they don't come stuck to each other inside the packet , coz separating them does make it loose its shape and while pulling it apart while stuck you end up pulling the plastic cover from the glue part ...

I have been having severe knee pain over the past 3 months due to a football injury. I was advised physiotherapy and oil massage but it was difficult as I could only do it once a day and that too would be messy and the clothes would get stained.I saw these patches on Amazon and decided to try them out. They came the very next day and I put on one patch (both top and bottom halves) on my knee. The patch started work instantly where I got a soothing feeling within 10 mins. My pain reduced significantly over the day and I took the patch off the next day. I repeated this for 5 days and the pain is completely gone now. I don't get the shooting pain in my knee anymore and the movement is also much better.Very happy with the product and would advise anyone with knee pain to try them out.

Quite a few times it has come with spoiled adhesive, the entire pack goes waste.

The product doesn't stick well and and there is no pain relief. Loss of money.

One pack contains 5 pouches with 1 patch each. The patch comes in two halves - top and bottom. It is very easy to apply, with a cut on the protective liner at the back.The patch starts giving a soothing feeling within 10 minutes and the relief lasts for well over 12 hours. It covers the entire Knee area leaving the knee cap bone area open for movement. The patch is very thin and light weight and I could bend my leg easily with the patch on.
