Good product. I generally take a high-end or should I say more expensive probiotic that was recommended by a high-end, very good friend. While the more expensive one is good, it had to be refrigerated and it caused me to be gassy. Although, I do keep this product in the refrigerator, it doesn’t say it needs to be. I can’t speak to the effectiveness because I’ve taken probiotics for years; I can say, it don’t get gassy and I’m glad that this already has a prebiotic incorporated. And if being regular is a problem for some, again, I can’t speak to that. It was delivered on the estimated date and it is a reasonable price.

Seems to be working well

This has helped me so much to manage my IBS!! It is not a laxative, but if that is what your colon needs, it helps with that. If you need the opposite help, it helps with that, too! Great product

This product has definitely helped settle my stomach down after meals.

This product is amazing. The combo of Pre and Pro +biotic is the key. Been using it for a year now and recently forgot to order it, boy could I tell the difference by not having it. Made me remember how much I use to suffer without it.

For me this product has been and meets current requirements to maintain good health due to the ingredients.

Please make package readable to all. I wanted to ditch this product because the writing was so small and unreadable it was a waste of time.
