A Very Good, non-constipating SupplementI’ve bought and completed using the whole bottle befire; like that it does not constipate like many iron supplements because its components is all from plants/veggies. A bit in the high price side but had to return to it as it does what it’s supposed to do while not constipating. Personally, I’ll rate it 9-plus on a scale of 1-10. Many thanks for the opportunity to put in a word for this supplement.TOLA.

Edit, January 2026: these iron pills really do work. My ferritin is now too high after taking these. I had iron deficiency resistant to supplements before this. I’ve taken them for months and still no digestive upset to report.Amazing product. I've tried other brands and this is the only one that fixed my longstanding iron deficiency within one bottle. They did give me digestive upset when taking one per day, so I switched to two every other day and I have no side effects whatsoever, and as a plus, iron is proven to be better absorbed this way. These feel like miracle pills for me and I'll stay on them as long as I need them.

This product works amazing having ladies issues concerned my iron levels would get low, after taking tablets for a while iron levels back to normal. Excellent and my stomach able to tolerate much better than the doctors one. Thank you for making such a good healthy tablet.

I really like this product. It's in capsule form and easy to swallow. I am a senior citizen and need more iron in my diet. These supplements have given me a boost in energy. I highly recommend these supplements.
