KRAUS Artec Pro Commercial Style Pull-Down Single Handle Kitchen Faucet with Pot Filler in Matte Black, KPF-1604MB

I installed this faucet by myself. It was very easy to do. The instructions are clear. The faucet has a powerful pull down sprayer that allows me to reach every corner of the sink. The faucet is also tall at 27 inches, which is what I needed. The black matte finish is a perfect replacement for my previous faucet. As for value only time will tell. I did feel that the pricing was reasonable.

When I bought this fixture, I was replacing one that looked exactly like it that I had paid less than half of the price for. Well....you get what you pay for. This faucet is fabulous. I have more water pressure, the head pulls out so that I can reach ALL of my sink, it is heavy duty and a work of art. It is beyond beautiful, as well. I can't tell you how pleased I am with my purchase. The fixture is heavy and such quality. The design is cutting edge. My overall feel is I will have this faucet for many years to come. And by the way, the Chinese faucet that broke and started spilling water out the middle like a fountain lasted about 18 months.

Recently installed this as part of replacing countertops and sink. It is a beautiful piece but it is large than expected. Once installed, it fills the space nicely but still taller than other faucets. This is the third pull down faucet I have installed (other brands) and it was the easiest by far. You do not see the water marks at all like on other faucets. We have only had for a week but have not regretted the purchase.

It's an ok faucet. I thought initially that you could run water through the main faucet and the sprayer at the same time, which was kind of silly on my part, but you can't. It's basically the same thing as what I had growing up in the 70's & 80's; we had the basic kitchen faucet with a sprayer mounted next go if in the sink. When the faucet was on, you'd pull the sprayer out and squeeze the lever (kind of like a garden hose). The upside of this faucet is that you can swing the sprayer out of your way when you're at the sink and don't need it. Also, the pull-down design of the sprayer is better than the pull-up-and-over design of 40 years ago. A downside for me is that you have to hold the sprayer lever in, to use the sprayer. I prefer the type that stays in spray mode without having to be held. I also prefer the type that has the sprayer built in to the main head; I really don't see the point of having two separate nozzles. It would be nice if if had some kind if spring return that held the sprayer warm it if the way; having the sprayer arm over the sink is pointless, because you have to hold the sprayer to use if. So if would be nice if the sprayer arm stayed out of the way. Also, the install was really easy. Possibly the easiest kitchen faucet I've ever done. In all, it's an ok faucet. My wife likes the way if looks, and the price was decent, so we'll keep it. There seem to be fewer options for the bronze or matte black faucets, so I'll probably keep an eye out for something I like more, going on sale in the next few years.

We ordered the black and silver and absolutely love it. It looks very nice and we have received a lot of compliments on it. We never see water spots so it always looks clean. The first one we ordered had a leak so we contacted the manufacturer. Since we had registered it, they looked at the issue and determined we needed a full replacement - free of cost. Great customer service

I read the reviews on this faucet and thought I was making a great stylish purchase to match my bronze kitchen sink. I only had it for about 4 months and the sprayer started to malfunction and the pot filler would no longer turn on. Only the sprayer was working. I notified Kraus customer support and they asked for the batch number and a picture of my faucet so they could send the replacement part. It took a couple of weeks but I received the part and replaced it myself and it worked fine for 10 months. Then it stopped working again. The pot filler no longer would turn and then the sprayer stopped working too. Now no water will come out of the faucet I notified Krauss and I didn't receive a response. I tracked down my original contact person from the first time it stopped working and they replied that it was purchased from a third-party supplier and I would have to contact them. The only support number provided by Amazon is the Kraus support number. I looked up the Krauss warranty and it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I guess 1 1/2 years from date of purchase must be a lifetime to Kraus! I will never buy another product from them. I have had faucets last 15 years and work perfectly for the entire time. Absolutely beautiful. The best looking faucet I’ve seen on the market! Love it love it love it. Exceptional quality…Better than the name brand that starts with K.

Up to 10” of pull down length since the hose slides through the body of the faucet into the cabinet underside where it is weighted and attaches to the cupply via quick connect. It’s a breeze to install and is well built. Slightly lower pressure than the older KPF-1602 (which I replaced because the hose broke) but one advantage is that it eliminates the pipe knocking.

Could not find any faucet like this one. Where I can use a spray when I need it and it is not a shade one from the typical faucet.

Doesn’t work properly anymore. Can’t do anything about it.

The sprayer is stuck on now, we don't have hard water what so ever. 20ppm water, maximum. Not happy, had a cheap moen faucet for 8 years before this started happening with same water, this faucet costs triple that one, and lasted 3 months! Not happy at all, Amazon 1 month return should be extended with this type of item, or they should have an option for warranty instead of pushing the pain in the but on to us...
