I still have not heard from either one and am very disappointed. The missing pin was the purple one
When I received this item, there was one pin missing of the 12 I paid for, I made a complaint to Amazon as well as attempting to contact the manufacturer. As of today, I still have not heard from either one and am very disappointed. The missing pin was the purple one, my favorite color and the main reason I purchased the product. I asked if I can just get one purple pin.
