First of all - Sea Salt will NOT raise your blood pressure.Please order and 'read' the book called: Calcium Lie 2 - by Dr. Robertson. He explains how calcium supplements do not help 'bones' - it just hardens cement. BUT, he tells you the truth about "Trace Minerals" and how valuable they are to the "bones" and all parts of the body. Yes, this product is 'salty' - but remember it came from the sea - and the sea is salty. All you need to take at a time is about a 1/4 tsp in a glass of water - once or twice a day. You don't even taste the salt - but the 'trace minerals' are being absorbed by your body and your body will thank you in many ways - by keeping you healthy. Of course - remember this, the bones are NOT made of calcium - but minerals.
