Small and versatile. Gets really warm at full power for extended periods.
TLDR: This is my new travel buddy. I can charge my laptop, phone AND power bank at the same time. It's small enough to fit into one outlet without interfering with the other. It doesn't fall out of the outlet spontaneously. It does however get quite warm if you operate it at max power for extended periods.Pros:-Size. This thing is tiny for what it does. I have another power plug that is only 30W with one USB-C output that is twice the size of this little gem. It's just over 1.25" square by about 2.5" deep. It will fit in a pocket. Very portable, easy to pack along in a carry on bag or in a laptop backpack. The prongs fold in to make it more convenient.-Versatility. It was hard for me to believe this would power my laptop AND charge my phone AND charge my power bank at the same time. If you're stuck in an airport and need to charge all of your things this is the tool to use. The circuitry automatically diverts and allocates the power to how many outputs are being used. The top port is the most powerful if using the 3-output setup.-Power. This is the "just right" power output for my needs. I typically only need to charge one item at a time, and this one will let me quick charge any of my devices. It's powerful enough to charge my laptop (about 30W) while also providing about 15 watts to two other devices at the same time.-Build Quality. This feels solid. The prongs feel solid and sturdy when they are snapped into place. The outside is metal and feels durable and doesn't scratch easily. The outputs feel solid and don't wiggle or bend when plugging in or removing cables.Cons:-Heat. This little guy generates some heat when run at full power. I didn't notice it until I plugged in a battery bank I have (the "Blade" 100W model also from Baseus) and left it for about an hour. That battery bank is built to accept the full 65 watts of power this will put out. It dumped in about 20,000 milliamps (about 6 iPhone's worth of charge); when I unplugged the plug from the wall it was WARM. Not burn your skin hot, but definitely uncomfortable to hold. I understand the outer metal casing is used as a heat dissipation system (good) by being connected to the inner circuits with heat conductive pads which causes it to get so warm, expelling the heat built up inside. Any AC to DC transformer will generate a significant amount of heat, especially one sealed in a small enclosure. It does give me pause about the longevity of the device if you used it in that mode constantly. Extreme heat and soldered circuitry do not play well together long-term. I wonder if they could have designed some passive cooling by adding vents or fins or both. It still works great but I've made a mental note to only plug that particular power bank in for 15-30 minutes at a time and then let the plug cool down a bit after. I'm not worried about fire as much as shortening the life of the power plug. I've run my laptop off it for hours at a time with no noticeable heat buildup at all. I think it's just when it's maxed out for long periods it gets really really warm.-Minor Incompatibility. I have a set of J-Lab bluetooth headphones that are amazing but they charge with a unique reversible USB-A type charging lead. It's genius because it totally negates the "wrong way" nightmare of plugging in a USB-A cord into a port but this charger won't charge it. I'm not surprised, my other Baseus power banks won't recognize it either so I have to carry a USB-A Male/Female adapter, then everything works fine. Something about the design of Baseus's USB-A ports just don't like that connector type which works fine in every other USB-A port I have around the house. Not a big issue and most other people will never encounter it.

Simply very good
I bought this product almost 3 years ago when I visited the US for a month. Worked great through, I was able to fast charge my MBP M1 (2020) and iPhone 11 with ease. My friend used it through his Work & Travel and he was also very happy with it. Now using it again, still no problems going strong. Very portable and useful.

UPDATED: Review from 2 stars to (5) Great Customer care.
Manufacturer reached out to me directly and had me take a picture of the SN(Serial Number) and no questions asked beyond "We apologize, let us keep your business" and they sent out the 100W instead of the 65W to ensure happiness. I APPRECIATE them taking care of the customer here and seriously quick response and overnight shipped. KuDOs customer Service.THE Charger itself is definitely high quality and charges super fast 2 items at once and can 'fast' charge 4 at once. This 100W one's a little large but the biggest thing is it doesn't have the issue my Original complaint was. That was that the charger would fall out of the sockets really easy. My 65W one had to have just been faulty, this 100W is steady and sits in outlets just fine vertically and horizontally (And jts heavier and larger then the 65w) so that truly tells me I just got a bad plug end , and again appreciate Baseus stepping up quickly and replacing it, no charge, no hassle. Will buy my next Charger from them, they earned my business.****((Original Review BELOW))****The Charger itself actually works great and charges my s22 Ultra at super fast and my Steam Deck I can use it and PLAY and not lose battery.BUT.This thing falls out of all the sockets, wall, the 2 surge protectors I use at home and also does it at work. Maybe I got a faulty one? All I know is it is REALLY loose it rocks around and falls out so frequently I'm about to tape it down and leave it in one spot and buy another brand for my travel one.

Broke after 9 months (Update- Replaced)
All three ports stopped working after 9 months. For several months prior it would randomly stop charging if the cord wiggled a bit. Charged fine when it did work. Very disappointing considering the price.Update: I contacted support on their website and they sent me a replacement. It's a new model and so far works great! They were great during the process and replaced it no problem.

Met the Need
Purchased to accompany postal charging device that didn’t come with its own wall plug. Not a fan of companies who don’t provide consumers the complete package. The plug was compatible. Was fast charging. Arrived promptly. Really no complaints

Failed after 1 year -- replacement sent
For 1 year, it charged my laptop and occasionally my phone. Three days after the warranty expired, it stopped working. The power bounces on and off rapidly. I tested it and it's not the cord nor the laptop. What a waste of a product.Edit: Baseus replaced it under warranty. Surprisingly good customer service.
