Nintendo Wii Console w/Skylanders Giants Starter Pack

We received the Nintendo BLUE Wii console with the Skylanders starter pack in excellent condition (brand new packaging, never been opened) and we received it within 40 hours (using Prime membership). The product's picture representing the Wii console's packaging/content is exactly what we received. There are other reviews for this product that state they didn't receive any of the Skylander figurines or the game. We received three Skylander figures, the Wii Skylanders Giants game, the "Portal of Power", trading cards, stickers, and character poster. The Wii console works perfectly, the Wii Remote Plus and the Nunchuk work perfectly. The Wii was super easy to set up (my 10 year old son set it up for us), and the Netflix and Hulu links/options were extremely easy to set up. We don't have any GameCube games, so this wasn't an irritation.Our previous Wii lasted 8 years; it was our primary source for watching TV/Movies via Netflix or Hulu. This was our only source for gaming. We are extremely happy with the Blue Nintendo Wii Console/Skylanders combo & it's an excellent price for a product that is great for gaming and TV/Movie entertainment.

Despite the description this does not come in a retail box. We purchased this to donate to a fund raiser and needed a retail box. What arrives is a white oem box that has skyrium bundle printed on all sides. My first order had white stickers applied (looked horrendous) to cover up the skrium language. If you are looking for a sealed, new, Retail package look elsewhere.

The Wii was great but the Wii controller that came with it did not work at all. Had to purchase new controller.

Had some internet connectivity issues early on. Netflix has been a disaster from the start. I like being able to purchase the classics on the Wii store. I did not have great expectations because the price was so low compared to other Wiis. Overall, not a bad deal. Hopefully I can resolve the internet related issues soon. =(

This product was purchased as a replacement Wii to a previous one I had, and I absolutely love the blue color as well as how affordable it was. My only disappointment is that this specific model does not include the GameCube controller inputs, so if you are looking to use Game Cube controllers, it is best to spend the money on a white or black Wii.

I'll get to the main things I'm sure people want to know: There's no game cube controller ports, and apparently no compatibility with certain dance game accessories (since there's no ports).I never owned a gamecube, so since I have no gamecube games/controllers to start with, and I'm not a big fan of those dancing games, this doesn't bother me in any way whatsoever.I'm really happy with the wii. It's super fun and I love the bright color! I was trying to be a cheap-o at first and went through two "refurbished" wiis from Gamestop, both of which I had to take back because they didn't work. Finally just broke down and bought a brand new one and I don't regret it for a second! No problems at all.I did, however, find it a little odd that this seller shipped it in a Skylanders Giants bundle box. If I had been planning to give this as a gift, I would have felt like I was playing a messed up trick on the person by giving them a Skylanders box with no Skylanders stuff in it.

This guy rips you off, i was expecting at least the power adapter the sensor and the av to come with this game and all i got was the console and ripped off

Starter pack was not included, & neither was the wedge base for the console unit to turn on it's side. For the price paid, expected all parts included. Unit came with sticker price on it of 49.99 I paid more than that. When hiking a price up you might want to remove the old sticker BEFORE shipping!!!!!
