★★★★★ Absolutely Worth It for Small Dogs!
These Virbac C.E.T. Enzymatic Dental Chews have become part of our daily routine, and both my dog and I are happy with them. I use them as a supplement to regular tooth brushing, and they seem to be helping keep her teeth cleaner and her breath fresher. My dog absolutely loves them and gets excited every time she sees the bag come out. Unlike some dental chews that break into tiny pieces immediately, these hold together well and give her several minutes of chewing time. She carefully nibbles them down to the very end, which helps keep her occupied while also providing the dental benefits. I always supervise while she’s chewing to make sure she doesn’t choke, and so far we’ve had zero issues. The extra small size is perfect for my small dog, who’s about 13.5 lbs and three years old, and she handles them easily. It’s still early, but her teeth look cleaner, and they seem to be doing exactly what they’re supposed to do🐾❤️

Dogs Love!!!
Our Dogs LOVE these chews that our Veterinarian recommended, they each get one every day. These chews help keep dogs teeth clean and keep them busy for a bit.

Dogs love them and they are great for cleaning their teeth
My dogs love these. I get the small ones for the small older dog, & although she is missing many teeth, she is still able to chew these. I get the larger size for my larger dog. These are great for helping to clean their teeth & have made a difference. They are recommended by my vet & I highly recommend them myself. My dogs recommend them as well 😁

No a great Value for cost
Great product as my dogs like these chews. However, they are overpriced. I have found better priced alternative brands.

Micro poodle approved!
When we brought this precious baby home from the rescue her breath was FOUL. Like, can’t get within a few feet of her face without gagging level stanky. We tried a bunch of different things before finding this company’s goods. We use the water additive and the chews daily and between the two her death breath is GONE! She loves the chews and doesn’t seem to mind the taste of the water additive. Highly recommend!

Chihuahua loves these
My dog LOVES these, she will chew on it for an hour straight, chooses these over other bones. The texture of them is hard until chewed and then they become soft as the dog chews. She comes running when she hears me open the bag. Sometimes I worry about her getting a stomach ache if she eats too much of one thing. She’s 5lbs and sometimes will eat the whole thing in one day, but doing so doesn’t give her a stomach ache.

Serious choking hazard!
Edited UPDATE!! My original review is thrown out of the window. My dog has choked a total of 3 times now and regardless of the expense; they are going in the garbage. My dog IS a gobbler, I supervised him very well after he got a chew stuck twice. Even with intense supervision he still got a part of it stuck in the back of his throat choking him. It is dangerous. Please don’t give this to any size dog. I included a tape measure to show he tried to swallow in a picture. When it gets well chewed, it is softer and more pliable on the outer part of it. He thinks he can swallow it and it goes all the way across the back of this throat cutting off his airway. Please be very careful with this product!! I hope my vet takes my fear seriously enough to not recommend this!! Please read the entire review. Stars don’t really matter with this product!! I purchased this product on the recommendation of my dog’s veterinarian. Of course, the price point is much better for my budget on Amazon. The recommendation was combined with a dental chew by the same company that I purchased at the same time and have used in tandem for my 11 year old APBT. He has always had very bad breath; despite vet sedated cleanings. My dog loves to “get his lick on” and as he ages, his saliva has only gotten worse. My husband is his designated lickee that bears the brunt of the endless licking. My hubs has been complaining more and more about his breath and at my dog’s yearly visit, the vet told us to give it a try. It has taken 2 weeks, but there is definitely a difference. Again, I’m using 2 chews together. Since it’s working, I’m not switching things up for trial and error. I hesitantly recommend these rawhide like chews (treats). They are working; however, he has swallowed the last piece and the chew has been stuck all the way across the back of his throat, choking him, twice. Both times, I have had to reach in and pull the softened last piece out of the back of his throat. These chews are thick and very stiff at first and become pliable as it is chewed. He is a “gobbler” and swallows the last bit before he it has been chewed enough to be swallowed down. It would be so easy to just give him a chew and let him enjoy it on his own. DO NOT give this unattended. The first time, I thought it was a 1-off. The second time it happened, I know that it will happen again. This is not an inexpensive “treat” and it’s working. My dog treats it like it’s a last meal. There is pretty much no smell and he goes through all of his commands and slides across the floor and jumps on his bed for it every night when I open the bag. I now sit with him and monitor his chewing the entire time a treat is out. I take away the last bit before he has the chance to swallow it and choke. I put it on a paper towel to dry out to give it to him the next day with absolutely no problem. This has prevented his choking and there have been no further incidents. My dog is 65 pounds with a big head and I can shove my hand down his throat easily. If I had a smaller dog, I don’t think I would use it. Again, I can only recommend this, under very close, constant monitoring. I rated it 3 stars for the efficacy of the chew, which is working. I would use extreme caution.

Effective but potentially dangerous….
They’re certainly effective for improving breath and tartar on teeth, and my dog loves them, but there are 2 CRITICAL things that need to be considered: 1) These are a choking hazard. Dogs must be supervised while chewing. They get small and soft, which has gotten stuck in my dog’s throat. 2) Product inconsistency; Some bags have 16 chews, some have nearly 30, and the size of each chew isn’t the same.

Great even for picky dogs
Another way that helps my dog maintain their dental hygiene. My dog is quite picky but will eat these. They make her breath smell a bit better too.
