Q: Can this be used for a chocolate cake that call for expresso powder in the recipe?

NO. Don’t do that or you will regret it. If you have to put it in a recipe without the machine process, you will have to use a Soluble solution such as Nescafé.

Q: How many mls of coffee does this make please?

All depends on how strong you like it. Personally I get 20-25 12oz mugs out of a tin.

Q: Can you use espresso coffee as filter coffee?

Not in a cafetière as it is too fine - but I have used it in a perculator

Q: Can this be used for pump machines?

We use it in our 15 bar coffee machine . Unsure about pump one. Sorry. .is that in a glass jug that you slowly pump down? Lovely coffee thought
