I think it's lovely and adds a subtle flavour. If you just want sweetness, I recommend the plain stevia of this brand. This has a vanilla flavour to it as well. Works ridiculously well with green tea. I use it as a syrup substitute. That being said, I don't take my coffee with any sugar.
