Love this Protein Bar .It is not overly sweet.It contains 13 grams of protein,6g of sugar .215 Calories per serving .Salted Caramel is my favorite.

Healthy yet delicious, the best combo EVER. Cannot live without them.

Yes it has a few carbs. But it also has protein for your morning “coffee with toast” but it’s not just toast; and it’s very tasty.

I ordered this Power Crunch in two different flavors and both are really good. I discovered this brand at my grocery store a while back, and was so glad to find a protein bar that actually tasted good enough to eat. And some of the other bars are so hard, I'm afraid I will break a tooth on them. These are light and crunchy and come in several flavors. Of course, as soon as I find something I like, my grocery store quits carrying it immediately. So after finding this brand, I was so unhappy not to be able to get them anymore. Thank you Amazon. They had the flavors that I had purchased the my grocery store, plus some others that are also good. They are a little pricey, so I can't eat them as often as I'd like to, but at least when I do, I don't have to feel like it's a punishment!

I really love the texture and the taste of the Salted Caramel Power Crunch bars. I find both factors more satisfying than most protein bars. The biggest issue is that the outer coating loves to adhere to the wrapper. The best solution I find is to put the bar in the freezer for 15 minutes before consumption. I'd give 5 stars if I didn't have to use the freezer but even warm and with some of the coating (primarily that coating on the short sides of the bar) on the wrapper it's a great bar.

These are great and easy on the teeth for anyone who wears dentures. My favorite flavors are the peanut butter fudge, chocolate mint, berry, and salted caramel. The vanilla has hardly any taste -- bland. There is a very slight after taste, but not bad at all. I think they are very delicious. They are a little expensive, but I can't find anything like them at the grocery store. They are either too hard for me to chew, or they taste awful. I enjoy the texture and the taste of these, and I find them very filling.

So delicious it's evil.. these are actually tolerably protein high meal replacement bars with comparable protein and carbs ratios. (Most 'protein' bars have something like 1/4 the protein as they have carbs) They are very high in fat, and so high in calories.. meaning if you eat these often as candy bars, you can expect the result you'd get from eating candy bars.If, however, you use these as meal replacement / supplement, watch your caloric intake, and are following a consistent exercise routine, these can make a delicious treat, and save you the time of eating a full meal.

I gave it three stars because they taste delicious and are an easy snack. But the price was higher than at the local market.
