Excited I paid for the rolling stand. Just for it to not be included. Highly disappointed that I have to wait for the stand if it’s even in stock to send.

Chip crappie product
The suction actually not bad but the product made with crappie chip material. We had 6 or 7 of them in salon all them broke. Some in few months some in few weeks. And you fix one part another one goes out. For that price just terrible production. Seller is not very supportive you ask for warranty and he talks to you like it is something wrong with you not the collector. Very annoying

Too noisy,poorly made, not enough suction...for the price I did not feel it was worthwhile.

Worked-for a month
We are a Podiatry office, so I know we're a little hard on equipment. We got this and it worked great for a month. The Doctors loved it. Then the head fell off... We can kind-of still use it, but we're really disappointed.

does not work properly. I made 5 customer and didn't vaccum the dusty as it should, I returned the product and await the return of my money.

do not buy
cheap plastic-it seems that it is about to break. the screws are constantly being unscrewed. it sucks only fine dust - it can't cope with heavy dust

Powerful and lightweight
It is powerful. I don’t know if it’s worth $500 but I still love it and I hope to get a second one eventually.
