This hydraulic bottle jack appears to be well made, and it lifted my Jeep easily. My concern was that it might be too short, however, after fabricating my own bottle buddy, and using the screw top of the ram, it has plenty of height.

I carry this on my honda talon and have used it a couple of times, works great and not too big and heavy

I have abused this jack beyond what it is rated for and it is still working just fine.

bought it to jack up a decent sized slab of concrete on my sidewalk. It worked better than I thought it would.

Having to do travel trailer work on my own, it is sort of a bear to get em up in the air. Regular hydraulic bottle jacks aren't set up for axles AND due to their nature can "let go" and drop the trailer... AND you gotta buy a special end for to hold the axle AND you have to have an extra hard jack to make sure it doesn't drop and squash you...This solves those problems with one solution and is pretty decently built and safe. The problem is that most dual axle trailers sit too low to get this particular bottle jack under the axle (cuss words). Regular two tons will go under. So, have to back up on a board or two to get this under the axle but once done, no problems. It's still better and easier than the other way, maybe just not as useful on the road as I had originally wished when I can't control things like axle height in a breakdown situation but REALLY want safety... But for home and general PM like bearings, etc., great.
