First off these arrived super fast - so was able to test them out right away. I like the clear front - it makes it easy to see what you're storing and the plastic is strong and durable. I used the largest size - and felt it was perfect for my dehydration storage for vegetables, for example - 1 head of dehydrated broccoli = 1 bag. I packaged up 60 bags of dehydrated apples for storage. These worked fabulous. I was able to fill them very full and just press out the air as much as possible. Worked great

They are great quality, very thick. I can only get 80oz of freeze dried in so will have to get bigger.
