Let's be honest, nobody wants to wear any type of brace. This means that you're hurt or something's wrong, which sucks.Of all the braces that I tried over the last couple of years, this was the most comfortable and effective. It was comfortable to wear, supportive but not restrictive, lightweight and maneuverable. The amount of pressure provided was comfortable and if nothing else, mentally, I felt better and safer when I was wearing this.I used it for mostly yoga and strength training, where you can't afford any hindrance of joint mobility. Easily washable, either in the sink or with your clothes. I liked it so much that I bought the same style/brand for my knee. Now if only I didn't need to wear any of them...

I came down with the worst case of tennis elbow in August 2016 and have been kept off the tennis court much to my frustration for several months.After some 8 months after the initial injury, there remains some minor stiffness in my elbow with the arm extended and wrist slightly cocked back (perhaps scar tissue?)....a form required for forehand so to be on the safe side, I bought this wrap as added support. I hit the court for the first time in ages recently, and hit around for a little over an hour, and with this wrap, felt no significant soreness outside what would be expected from not playing in a good amount of time. Think the wrap did its job!! Like the bamboo material heps prevent odor and is said to be hypoallergenic. Pleased with the purchase.

Love these sleeves. Use them for playing Pickleball and can't say enough positive things about them. Because of the material as an extra bonus I use them as a sweat band on my face. Also, as some light padding for protecting my elbow should a slip or take a fall while playing. I've surprisingly gotten some compliments because of their look too. Well made. Great material. Very durable. ...and good-looking. Highly recommend.

I have been experiencing a painful "golfer's elbow" in my left arm for several weeks now which really was affecting my ability to swing my clubs. I purchased this elbow brace in the hope that it would relieve enough pain so that I could concentrate on my swing more than the pain in my elbow. I would have to say that the elbow brace lived up to its' claims because my arm felt much better through 18 holes of golf. Despite the compression fit of the device it was comfortable to wear even on a hot Florida day

These are the absolute best. Very sturdy, comfy and appear to do what they are supposed to. I have had them a while and tend to wear them for a few hours..up to about 4. They give excellent support. They don't make area hot or uncomfortable. It makes your limb stable, adds some warmth, and delivers excellent compression. I made my golfers elbow instantly feel better.

I've used as a knee or an elbow brace (should tell you I have skinny legs right (lol). I've found this is excellent when I have a tendinitis flareup in either knee or elbow. Like I said, I'm not a big guy so I can wear comfortably on my elbow or a bit snug for compression on my knee (noting knee/leg is bigger so it is snug fit). I only did it because both knees flared up at same time and I only had one compression sleeve for my knee - tried it and well - it worked for me.

I bought this to help me relieve my tennis elbow. It provided me with relief until the symptoms disappeared. Even though never really sweated on mine, it never really stink. I literally just received this a couple hours ago. Once I put it on the pain in my elbow, radiating into my forearm was almost completely gone. If this stands up to my abuse I may buy a couple more for different situations. I followed the sizing information and the medium fits great! I've been dealing with this pain for over two years, but it recently got worse. Very glad my shot in the dark purchase worked out so well!
