I really love how warm this coat keeps me. It is very well made with a lot of attention to detail put into its design, The wrists of the coat have wrist bans that block the wind and cold from coming up through the sleeves and the hood has an inner pulley that helps draws the hood closer to my face which effectively keeps the wind and cold out. The coat can be zipped and buttoned, but even just buttoning the coat and not zipping it keeps the cold out. The back of the hood has a strip of velcro that the hood can be made shorter by if the hood is too big and falls too far down the face. I used the velcro strip to shorten the hood and the hood fits perfectly now. But I removed the fur around the hood as it made it look as if I had grey, wild looking hair framing my face. But, other than that, this coat really is outstanding. The coat has snaps around the hip area that can be undone to make the coat less restrictive for those who may find the coat too snug around the hips. The coat can also be pulled in at the waist by inner cords which is another great feature of this coat. I am 5'1 and three quarters inches tall and weigh 124 pounds. I ordered a medium because I like to wear heavy sweaters and wanted to have extra space in the coat to accommodate a heavy sweater. I ordered my coat in pink and it really is a very light colored, pretty pink. The medium is roomy enough for me to wear a heavy sweater under it and not feel like a stuffed sausage within it. I just love this coat! I am surprised that it is not priced higher as it very well could be due to how well it's made and how warm it keeps me in cold weather.

I’m a skeptic at heart buying sight-unseen items. But I was absolutely floored with the design, workmanship, and attention to detail of this coat. You will never loss the buttons due to the type of button and the design of which I’ve never seen. You can adjust the wrist closure to keep out the cold along with the inside elastic cuff. Double protection. The zipper is very substantial, is a two way, and easy to engage. It goes all the way up to your chin and there’s a button also on top. The hood is superior than any I’ve ever had. No strings to tie and the design allows not needing them. There is an adjustable stretchy cord that you can’t see but when adjusted, will keep the hood in place. Plus there is a Velcro tab on the top of the hood to keep the hood from falling over your face. Genius!!! The pockets are deep and the fabric is very soft. The fit is snug, keeping the cold out and the warmth in. There is verical zippered pocket on the left inside of the coat that will hold a big phone 📱 Easily!!!!You can make the coat look more like a jacket by adjusting the cord in the waist. This is the way a coat should function and be made. That said, you may want to go up a size if you want to add layers underneath. It’s really not necessary due to the GREAT craftsmanship. Wantdo thought of EVERYTHING. Bravo Wantdo. I’ll be back. Lol

Buying a new coat online (due to COVID) was a tricky task. I bought at least 4 different jackets before I found this one! And this one was exactly what I was looking for! It is fluffy and hugs your body and feels so comfy and warm. It is a cute color and also a great length. It is stylish and doesn’t make you look huge in it. I wore it horseback riding and it has three little buttons on the bottom and sides so you can unsnap them so the bottom opens wider, which was perfect for horseback riding! I also love that the fuzzy hood part comes off because I’m not always a fan of that. It is a great jacket! I’d highly recommend it.

I absolutely love this jacket. I have been looking for a replacement for my 20 year old Columbia jacket but just couldn’t find anything similar until I found this one. The fabric is beautiful. I love the way it fits (true to size). The lining is very cozy and warm. Very comfortable and good looking. The only reasons I did not give this 5 stars are that my jacket did not include the removable fur hood lining as advertised and I also think this has been worn before (not just tried on) as I found a half of an “Admit One” ticket in the pocket. But it looks fine and I probably would not use the fur lining very often so I consider this a win.

I live in Colorado, where it can get down to negative temperatures in the winter. I bought this coat hoping for the best for the low price, and it exceeded my expectations immensely! It's light weight, but fluffy and very warm. I love the wrists that have elastic in the fabric, as to hold your wrist and prevent cold air from creeping up your sleeve. The draw string inside definitely also helps prevents cold air from creeping up your lower back. It's long enough to cover my butt, so when I sit down on a cold surface outside, my butt doesn't get cold. I'm 5'3" so it might not fully cover someone else butt as comfortably as me, if they have a long torso. The hood is large. When propped up just right, which is easy to do, I like how it covers my head, but isn't smothering. The best part is that it zips up so far that it covers my nose, but not my eyes. Which is perfect when outside in blizzard winds. I love this coat and I'm so glad I bought. I'm always looking forward to using it next. Great buy!

Very happy with this coat. 5'5" 125 lbs, fits me very well with plenty of room for whatever sweater I'm wearing. My job requires me to stand outside for long periods on all weather and I'm warm and comfortable. The hood has a fantastic adjustment strap which means, with my small head, I can actually see out of it. Stylish, I get compliments from my coworkers.

CUFFS REEK OF PERFUME!!! Not sure how it has tags on but the cuffs reek of perfume???? Didn't even realize it until I had already removed the tags and the smell had gotten on a sweatshirt I was wearing under this jacket. OTHER THAN THAT... which is aggravating... the jacket is warm and I do like it. I will try my hardest to get the awful perfume smell out bc it smells like an old lady really badly.

Winter is coming..... I ordered this coat on 26 November - the delivery date was set to 09 December. Y'all saw the news.... massive storms destroyed most interior BC highways & railways - cargo ships couldn't reach Vancouver to unload - so the order was understandably delayed to 30 December. Thing is, we're selling our house and all my winter clothes are packed in storage. I got the Amazon delay notice, panicked and emailed customer service. The very next day (10 Nov) I get a DHL email confirming immediate delivery - 3 days later I'm trying it on. Now that's a Christmas miracle. No wait - it was marked down $40+ for black Friday to $95 (go figure) what a blessing! This coat was made in Ohio (not f?&#@!% China) - reliable US manufacturing - well made sturdy material (no chemical scent) - completely blocks rain and wind - fit exact to size (I'm 5.1 slightly portly 117 lbs - so medium fits nicely) It zips to the neck and reaches almost to my knees - so most of my body is covered/protected. That said, it's light weight - dons and doffs quickly/easily. The fur piece zippers off (thank God) and that big hood will certainly keep the rain off. The satin-smooth lining is thickly padded so the coat is very warm (like toasty) and I'd rate it perfect for snow shoeing or long winter hikes. I'm really happy. Mostly this is to THANK Amazon customer service staff (and DHL) for coming through, now I have a great winter coat and grateful indeed for their kind hearts and hard work.... I am tall and always have trouble finding a long enough coat that doesn't look to much like a full parka. This coat is just long enough to cover my behind to keep the wind from going up my back and allows you to tighten the bottom as well. The structure is nice as there are ties inside that allow you to tighten or loosen the waist band. I tend to tighten it up to give myself some shape when out but loosen them when I need to be sitting in the coat for an extended period of time. The sleeves are just long enough with a sweater like material around the wrists. The hood is large and has a tab to tighten it up closer to the coat when its not being used. The fur on the hood is not cheap looking like some can be. Unfortunately the hood is not removable. The zipper is the cheapest looking part of this coat, it is a larger plastic one and just feels like it's going to break but has yet to do so. It could be replaced if it did happen I'm sure. It does also zip up very high and covers most of your face if you were to forget a scarf ect The coat also has buttons but I find most times I zip it up and go! The inside of the coat is alright but I wouldn't say its the warmest coat I've owned. It could use more insulation fluff to provide that extra warmth but a light hoodie/sweater would be fine if you know your going to be outside for an extended period of time. Overall a great coat for a decent price! (I am 5'9 - 160 in weight)

Love this coat! It's not terribly thick, but it's as warm as a country quilt! The fur around the hood is removable, but the hood itself is not. The zipper goes from the bottom AND the top which makes it comfortable to sit in. There are 3 snaps on each side at the bottom to open up about 6 inches at the bottom. Makes it easier to get into pant pockets. Coat is very flattering and covers my behind. My only complaint, the pockets. Even though they are deep and waterproof, there is no insulation in the outside layer if the pocket, so without gloves, my hands get cold. Other then that, this coat is exactly what I was looking for. It's been minus 20 Celsius all week with the windchill and this coat is holding up to a Canadian winter so far!
