I love these compression socks. They feel tight but not overly so I would say medium to high compression. I am a nurse and on my feet all day. I need something with good compression and I am comfortable all day wearing them. I have worn and washed them many times. I also put in the dryer and they come out perfect with no issue. They have held up and compression remains as good as the day I got them. They are a great value for your money and I would not hesitate to recommend.

I bought these FITRELL compression socks for travel, and they exceeded my expectations. I wore them on a long flight, and my legs and feet felt noticeably better than they usually do after hours of sitting. I love the socks. Helps a lot working a 10 hour shift. All draw back in they leave a mark that hurts

Awewome compression socks! I purchased s-m. They fit nicely and I love the fact that they go below my knee. So far I think they are better than others I have purchased plus at an affordable price. My shoe size is between 8 1/2 and 9 and my calf is 14". I'm thinking about purchasing another set.

These are some of the most comfortable compression socks I've worn. They feel much more like regular socks instead of having that thin, slick nylon feel that many compression socks have. They look great, have a nice athletic style, and are surprisingly easy to put on. I ordered the S/M size, and while I wish they were just a little tighter, I think they'll provide plenty of compression for what I need. Most of my swelling is around my ankles, so these should work perfectly. For the price, getting three pairs is an excellent value. I'll definitely be buying more.

Firstly, the unit sale price was absolutely fantastic at just a little over $5 per pair (with purchase of a three pair set). Which leads to the second point, you get what you pay for. Retired but had spent four decades working as a critical care RN in several major NYC hospitals. So I'm very familiar with the needs of being on my feet for long hours and what compression socks are about, not only for my patients but for me personally as well. In order for compression socks to work well they have to compress. I've had other brands which cost a lot more and despite use and repeated washings for over a year still retain a good amount of pressure. I can tell this by the fact that when I wear them, it is a struggle and chore to get them on fully as they remain tight around my foot, ankles and calves. However, these new Fitrell socks which claim 20-30 mmHg compression feel more like 5-10 mmHg. While they look stylish, they don't really put enough circumferential resistance to do what they say they will do. I read some of the negative reviews beforehand, so I was already aware that others had issue with quality and had easy rips. So when I put them on I purposely exercised much greater care in donning them. Still, I looked at the stitch junction around the fabric transition from the foot to ankle and I can see that the threads there are barely enough to hold that critical area without tearing as they're already stretched without any sort of reinforcing stitch work. I don't imagine that they will last very long. Not a complete failure, but I will wear them around the house and revert to my old regulars when I go out for demanding walks. While I'm not going to return them, neither will I purchase again despite the low price.

The Fitreel compression socks is a great buy. The 20-30 hhmg compression is nice and even and comfortable. It doesn’t leave any squeeze marks on the leg, ankle, or feet. They got rid of the swelling right away. I have tried 2 other brands and they didn’t work.
