Good width, but length around wrist was too long.
This has a low profile look to it, less than the width of my sweatband. The material seems good quality, you get a set (2), and a good value for the price. My current wrist support band which is also smaller width is more than double the price just for 1 band. I wanted to find a cheaper alternative to my current. However, this product did not fit me. My wrist are thin/small, but larger than a child. So Unfortunately when I wrapped it around my wrist, there is excess material that doesnโt stay on the Velcro and wings out. This may work better for someone with a slightly bigger wrist.

It is a good wrist support band
It is a good wrist support band! I've only had it for couple days so I cannot give you in and outside information on this product, but I did wear this to the gym for lifting and it worked pretty good. Only reason I gave 4 stars is that I wish the wrist band had a belt or some sort of alternative way to wrap around the wrist instead of sticky velcro. It's kinda hard to close the velcro while trying to keep it in place. Plus, I have never been big fan of sticky velcro. In my experience, they never tend to last too long. But maybe this velcro might be a high quality one and will last long. Anyways you won't regret purchasing these. These are good bands.update 12/25/12: They tend to slip just tiny bit sometimes while I lift. It's no major issue. If your primary need is for weight lifting, there are other wrist wraps that are designed for weight lifting specifically. But It is a good enough wrist band for people who doesn't do crazy amount of weights like body builders but stays fit and maintains athletic body.

I would definitely buy these again if I need another pair of wrist wraps.
These are perfect for what I bought them for, and quite comfortable. Also, reversible. I was surprised that they fit so well, even keeping in mind that they are adjustable, because I have very small wrists. My wrist pain has decreased immensely in the week and a half I've been wearing them at work. The only thing I'm not too jazzed about is that each has a rough spot on one end, so I have to pay attention to which way around I put them on, so I don't end up with the rough spot against my skin where it quickly chafes. They look nice, too. I actually chose these because the black matches my uniform, and it matches so well that no one has even commented on me wearing them. They look more 'decorative' than 'device worn because of screaming pain', which is great, because I'm not wearing them to earn sympathy, I'm wearing them so I can do my job well.

She loved them.
I bought these for my grand daughter , for practicing her back hand springs. They help her sore wrist.

These inexpensive supports helped the most....
I had a problem with my right wrist aching do to overwork from cleaning glass all week. Then I made it worse by helping my son-in-law put together a wooden playhouse swing set on the weekend. I tried a lot of more complicated wrist support bands, but in the end these helped the most. They were also the most comfortable because they were small and easy to adjust. It only took a couple of weeks of pretty much constantly wearing them and the pain was gone. Now I don't have to wear them anymore. I spent a lot of money trying other products designed to help sore wrists, but in the end, these inexpensive supports helped the most.

Amazing for Pilates
For years, I have had an achy wrist that would last for days/weeks whenever I did weight bearing exercises during Pilates/Yoga workouts. I am a certified Pilates instructor and found it frustrating to not be able to perform all the exercises. I tried the push-up handles, etc., but nothing seemed to be decent. I decided to try these wrist guards out, even though there were no reviews for them.I have been using them consistently for two months and not once has my wrist been sore. I am amazed something so simple and cheap could be the fix but every time I leave a workout with a smile on my face at the fact that I do not have to worry about nursing a sore wrist for the next week. I never write reviews but I wanted to let people know who struggle with sore wrists to know there can be relief!

I just received mine today and they fit pretty good(they weren't supposed to arrive until next week)
I just received mine today and they fit pretty good(they weren't supposed to arrive until next week). They are supportive enough for me (I have mid carpal instability in both wrist) so far. I brought them to work out with. I have not tried them out yet for my workout but as soon as I put them on it relieved some of the pain I feel on a constant basis. I only gave it four stars because I have not used them for the main reason they were purchased yet.

wrist supports
I got these after falling and getting what is referred to as snapping tendon syndrome. The tendon on pinky side of wrist has popped out of its sheath. These are comfortable and support the backside and sides of the wrist well. Only reason I didn't give five stars is that they are a little hard to get tight enough by oneself.Would recommend that if a slot was cut in one of the tabs, then the other could be passed through. This would make it easier to tighten by yourself. Just a suggestion.

I need a third hand!
Putting them on and adjusting them to a comfort level that is appropriate is a challenge. Find myself asking my wife to help which is fine if she's around, but not very helpful if she isn't.
