KICHLY press is ideal for making lattes, cappuccinos, and strong iced coffee. **Q: Can I use the French Press for anything besides coffee?** A: Absolutely. It works perfectly as a tea infuser for loose leaf tea or to make flavorful infused water. Just ensure you clean the filter thoroughly between uses so your tea doesn't taste like coffee (and vice versa!). **Q: Is the glass carafe durable? Will it break easily?** A: Our carafe is crafted from durable borosilicate glass. While it is stronger than standard glass, treat it with care by avoiding hard impacts and always place it gently on surfaces. **Q: What is the best type of coffee grind to use?** A: Always use a coarse, uniform grind. Fine or pre-ground coffee will slip through the mesh filter, resulting in a murky cup and potentially clogging the filter. The grind should look like coarse sea salt. **Q: Can I use this French Press to make cold brew coffee?** A: Yes! The French Press is an excellent tool for making cold brew. Simply add your coarse grounds and cold water, let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours, and then plunge and serve. ## Frequently Bought Together - KICHLY 1000ml Cafetiere 8 Cup French Press Coffee Maker, Coffee Press and Tea Maker with Triple Filters, Heat Resistant Borosilicate Glass Caffettiere with Steel Plunger, Black - illy Coffee - Classico Ground Coffee - Medium Roast - 100% Arabica Coffee - Ideal for Espresso Preparation - 250g Tin - TBGENIUS 4 Cup Cafetiere Coffee Press, French Press Maker for Filter Coffee, Loose Tea and Milk Froth, 4 Level Stainless Steel Filter, Heat Resistant Borosilicate Glass, 0.6 L / 21 oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/177110317-8-cup-cafetiere-french-press-1l-heat-resistant-glass-coffee](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/177110317-8-cup-cafetiere-french-press-1l-heat-resistant-glass-coffee) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
