LEGO Star Wars Rey's Speeder 75099 Star Wars Toy

We purchased this lego set for my son who just turned 8 years old. He loves legos and star wars. He had pointed this set out many times in the store but I decided to buy it online. It arrived in a timely manner. He loves this set and plays with it every day since his birthday. As usual the instruction manual gives a lot of detail and my son was able to put it all together on his own as that is part of the fun with legos. It actually has some things that open up on the side as well once it is all put together and of course all the pieces were included and there were some extra parts as well. I would definitely recommend this set for a lover of star wars and legos!

Summary: Lego set for Rey's Speeder from The Force Awakens. Random Comments: - I totally bought 3 of 'em so I could keep some and build one. Totally worth it. - Awesome little set. It comes with 2 minifigs - Rey with her scavenger headgear and a hairpiece and Unkar Plott's thug. - Features - the sides open up if you twist the back knob and you can fire small red pieces (lasers) from the front of the speeder. That I'm pretty sure is a deviation from the movie version, but it's still neat. The firing mechanism actually sends that little piece pretty far. There's a warning there against shooting your eye out, so be careful. - Actually reasonably priced for a Lego set. These things are expensive, but $20 isn't bad for this. Conclusion: If you enjoy Star Wars Legos, definitely add this one to your collection.

It’s a lovely little set from one of my favorite movies. It came factory sealed so all the parts were basically brand new despite being an older set.

I've been getting back into LEGOs, just to start a collection, especially the new and old sets that Disney is now releasing since taking over the Star Wars franchise. This was my first purchase to get back into it and I must say that I am quite pleased. After putting the kit together, the end product was a decent size and the resemblance to the actual speeder was pretty close. Now that my formal review is done... THIS SPEEDER LEGO SET IS SO AWESOME!! And Rey looks amazing, it comes with both her hair and her scavenger helmet/goggles. If you are a LEGO and Star Wars fan, then this is definitely a kit you must have!

What a great little set. First off, the figs rock. That's why you want to get this. $20 bucks and two great figs. I won't give any set 5 stars if it has stickers, UNLESS, it just blows me away and has very few stickers (like the ewok village). This has a bunch of stickers. Other that that it's a solid build and the price point is basically spot on.

This was a birthday gift for my 8 year old daughter. She has an entire Lego village in the basement, mostly from the Lego Friends series. Since she is a big Star Wars fan, I thought she might enjoy something a little different. She loved this! She was excited to open it, and excited to put it together. Compared to similar priced lego kits, this had much more detail on the Speeder, so that is a real bonus. Plus, it came with Rey, so how can you beat that! Really glad I got this and it has become one of her favorites.

If you want a small and inexpensive Lego from the newest Star Wars movie, you cannot go wrong with this one.The build time is around 30 minutes if you're not rushing the process and enjoying yourself, and it comes in two separate bags for easy building. The quality of the set is exceptional with a great curved design and with a hidden storage inside the vehicle for storing what you wish, which in my case was all the extra red studs for the blasters on the sides.

I mostly wanted this because I missed out on the set when it originally came out with TFA, and I LOVE Rey's mask in this set. The Speeder is rad to boot. Fun little build, really like how each side of the speeder opens to reveal a little compartment. This is a fun one to have around. I'm in my late 20s and have decided I probably will never grow out of loving Legos, and the Star Wars sets are especially fun for me.
