Washing up is a breeze as even with sticky fudge stuck to it a quick swirl in not water, wipe down and it is clean as a new pin again. No signs of peeling coating or disclosures patches. Comfortable to hold and the two sides of spatula are great, the larger one is perfect for scraping better out of your mixing bowl and really gets it surprisingly clean. The silicone pastry brush is a revelation, I would never go back to a bristle version after using this. Not only is the set functional but the colour really pops - I went with the line green version and they are wonderfully vibrant.
