How many amps per light?

I’m getting 65-67 watts per 8 ft light.

Can these operate at 220 volts?

Probably not ! I would consult the manufacturer before you connect them to 220 V and fry them.

So are the hard wire cords included? One picture says 10 of them are included, but another picture says none are included. Which is it?

My package contained 10 short hard wire cords and 5 44” cords that plugged the lights in a line if you wanted to install them that way. They are bright but they do interfere with a radio.
