Best Real Estate Flyer Box I Have Ever Owned Or Leased
I have two of these (one clear, one white) but prefer the clear. I just bought a half dozen more once I "real world field tested" plus taking advantage of this clearance price. My listings are in southern California and recently we had a DRENCHING rain. I printed up more color flyers, expecting all flyers to have been ruined. Much to my surprise, NONE of the flyers were wet or had to be replaced, so I just put more in the box. The flyer box I can rent or buy from my sign post company ALWAYS have the flyers get wet in the rain, so I'm not using those anymore. I also thought that after a short time the LED and rechargeable batteries would either short out or be damaged in the rain or dampness. This has NOT happened. I am VERY VERY pleased with this well designed and innovative flyer box. See night view of flyer box. "Don't leave your listings in the dark."

Cool, not amazing.
Cool enough since looks like we're going the extra mile for the brochures but not very brightly lit no matter how long it sits in direct sun. Will definitely buy more if the price is right.

Overall bang for buck these were great. Couldn't attest to the solar led as I never saw these at night, but we had these outside for 4-6 weeks at a time. The clear plastic weathers but cleans up well with some Lexol. The lid did stick open a few times, but we ended up adding a bit of graphite powder to the hinges which seems to help. Front panel is removable which makes it easy to clean every surface area, and also the ability to swap it out for our own branded covers.

Bought this to hold brochures. Water ruined them and the light does not work.

DO NOT BUY
Don't waste your time and money! Realtor for over 3 decades and thought this would be a nice upgrade. Turned into embarrassment because it doesn't light. Sent my concern to seller and no response! RETURN and REFUND requested.

I'm delighted! I always have plenty of stakes, but the Texas sun and wind does a number on my boxes.I ordered 1 to try and as soon as I saw it put together I turned around and bought 4 more. I'm considering purchasing even more I'm so excited about them! :-D great product! See attached photo.
