I didn't put the chair together, my son-in-law did, so I can't testify to its assembly, but he had it together in under five minutes so.... I would allow yourself more time, 'cuz he's an experienced IT technician. Delivery service was fantastic, definitely above and beyond. As far as function goes, I can't testify to durability because I haven't had it long enough, but it works smoothly, if you don't want to tilt it all the way back, you can stop it anywhere. Tweek it. Go back. Go a little more forward or whatever you want. I never use mechanical massagers because they hurt my back, but other people like it. Ta ke good care of this a nd it'll probably last awhile.

This chair was purchased for our client. The assembly was made easy with a video link. Since I'm not a user, I can give my brief experience of sitting in it for a short period; it felt comfortable; I like the anti-gravity tilt feature allowing your lower extremity to be higher than the torso. It feels like it could become a favorite chair for relaxing.
