My son who is 7 likes them when they work. They don't fire hard enough to burst the paintballs.We end up picking them up off the ground and reloading them to keep trying.Not sure what we can do different.We keep the paintballs indoors because we have heard that they do not burst as easily if they are cold but this has not made much difference yet.Hoping that this summer with the heat it will make a difference.

This is a neat little toy. Shoot pretty far and is alot safer for kids than a real paintball gun. Got this for my dad before getting him a real one to practice with.. even though he has a real paintball gun now he still keeps this one becuase its still fun!

This gun is great if your child wants a paintball gun and they aren't ready for the co2 ones yet. It shoots hard enough that the paintballs do splat. We love this purchase.

We bought this gun for a party where the kids wanted paintball target practice, and we didn't want to worry about things like air tanks, etc. This little gun had a surprising kick to it, and was perfect for target shooting at a range between 25 and 50 feet. The kids loved it. You will need extra ammo...you'll go through it quickly.

this gun is the coolest thing that you can buy if you dont want to spend a lot for a gun. it can shoot about 100 feet.
