Worthy product with several caveats
1) The product works best on a smooth PVC pipe. It does work on a flexible (french drain type) pipe, but, the corrugated innards will catch the head. Just a little jiggle / pulling out and feeding back in and it should keep going. Maybe it does better with a corrugated flexible pipe than smooth PVC -- my french drain was ridiculously clogged.2) I tried it on a 1700 PSI electric pressure washer. Was not self-feeding as shown in the demo videos -- not enough power, and, my pipes (see picture) were a thick, muddy mess. Sorry, I don't have a picture of the product in action, but, someone reading this review will likely more want to hear about "what was the PSI on your pressure washer, what type of pipe, how long of a pipe, how old is your pipe, when was it last cleaned, and how bad was the state of the pipe." The Sewer Jetter is probably is amazing on a 3500+ PSI pressure washer. For the most part, I had to push the hose through and it would not self-feed as in the demo video.3) So if you are pushing the device through, what is the point? Well, it does a very good job of blasting the mud. Also, it is MUCH easier than trying to push a garden hose -- the thickness of the hose is just right. Does a much better job than a garden hose in navigating the angles in a french drain system. The age of my french drain is 25 years and it is never been cleaned.TIPSI wouldn't go so far as to say that "this is the only tool you need", but, it would probably rank #1 on my list of tools that I have tried so far. The "bladders" attached to a garden hose did a good job on getting my french drain clearing project started. However, if you have a 3500 PSI pressure washer, the Sewer Jetter probably is the only thing you need! The long hose does get tangled and out of the box it is wrapped in a tight coil. Ideally, I would leave it out in the sun for a few hours stretched out to its full length to get rid of the memory effect keeping the coils tight. It will be much easier to handle and less likely to get knotted up as you feed it in.I did start with a 75 foot rental auger / roto-router to clear my drain a bit. I don't know how this would have done had I started with it first. However, the amount of mud that came out after using this with pre-clearing with the auger was amazing. All told, I cleared 90 feet of pipe -- the longest run being 60 feet. What I did notice is that around 45 feet, the Pressure Jetter became harder to push into the pipe and I eventually did give up. I think that the hose thickness and the amount of mud in my pipe eventually made it more difficult. However, I was impressed that the hose went as far and as easy at 45 feet. I will likely just try and figure out where the french drain is around 45 feet and cut an access port / venting drain in the surface so I can clear more. So far on the 90 feet of drain I have spent 5 hours with the auger, 2 hours with the bladder, and 4 hours with the pressure jetter.I could easily see myself running the Sewer Jetter every 12-24 months to keep the french drain clear -- especially now that I have 2 (probably 3 by the end of this project) additional external drain access points. Based on the cost of the Sewer Jetter, it is a worthwhile investment that I will be using for year to come -- it will have earned its space on the garage shelf when my spouse starts searching the garage for things to sell at our next garage sale!Last word... this review may feel like a sales pitch for a 3500 psi pressure washer. The Sewer Jetter can get the job done with an electric (lower PSI) pressure washer, it will just take longer and, like me, you will likely be saying at the end "this would do so much better with gas powered pressure washer."

Sewer jet review with 50 foot hose and spray nozzles
The media could not be loaded. Ease of use, functionality and end result. I purchased due to having a clogged line that was blocking my kitchen drain and water backing up when running my washing machine water would come up the washing machine drain and kitchen sink. I used a 25 foot uger (snake) attached to my drill and ran it through the drainage pipe outside my house but was unsuccessful. I ordered the sewer jet and recieved it the next day. Amazon was on point! I installed the jet to my 2800 psi pressure washer and proceeded to feed the line through the drainage pipe till it would not go any further I turned on the pressure washer and worked the line back and forth into the pipe immediately debris started coming out ,the line would feed itself without effort. The photo and video is the built up calcium from hard water and grease that was embedded in the drain line over the course of 21 years. This product truly works my line was draining like new the sink and washer drain was cleared immediately . I highly recommend this product to any home owner. Again, completely satisfied. Great tool to have it definitely works.

Works 96% great on French drain cleaning
Bought to clean out 150ft of 4" ribbed French drain with 7 elbows. Worked very well attached to 2000psi electric pressure washer. It TAKES PATIENCE TO USE THIS AS IT MUST BE CONSTANTLY PULLED OUT AND PUSHED BACK In TO MOVE IT FORWARD DOWN THE PIPE. Also, be sure to Not turn on water till you have it in the pipe several feet. This is a great idea for DIY ers. Saved lots of money with just a few hours work. Elbowed pipe takes patience to get around and down too. BIG PLUS here is you don't damage your drain like if you used at drain snake.

Affordable, excellent tool!
I maintain a number of properties, single family and apartment buildings and have always used the mechanical snake to clear clogged drains. We have mostly older buildings with cast iron piping so those mechanical snakes are hard on the pipes and can damage them over time. A plumber told me about sewer jetting, we ordered this and I’m pretty impressed. Have already cleared 3 clogs with it! Works best if you have a cleanout past the clog so you can run up the line and have gravity aid in flushing the line back down. It seems as if this method will not only clear clogs but work to clean and flush out the grease that builds up on kitchen drain lines. Word of advise, pick up one of those Velcro cord wraps to keep the line nicely wrapped up, otherwise it will quickly turn into a tangled mess in the back of your truck. A plumber will charge $150 to snake a line, this thing costs $75. If you already have a pressure washer it’s a no brainer!

Did the Job Well!
I had a fully clogged downspout drain line that is about 45' long and running underground. No water was getting through it and caused the water to backup when it rained. I attached it to my 3200 PSI pressure washer, attached the tip with the front jet and three rear jets, sent it up the drain line, worked it back and forth to pierce through the clog, and allow the rear jets to clear it out, and a little work it did the trick. If I never used it again (but I will) it was well worth the price! Yes, it did shoot up the drain, and if it hung on the corrugated sides, I just had to pull it back slightly and let it go again. Very pleased. One additional comment; a previous reviewer suggested unrolling it and letting the hose sit in the sun for a bit. Great suggestion and it straightened right out, and made it work even more smoothly.

Partially useful
Works great for clearing drains with straight runs but the nozzle won’t clear a 90° elbow 18” deep in a 2” septic field line and is thus useless for the latter.
