Hoping to use these for a human ring toss game for kids. Is the opening big enough to go over a 7 yr old?

Yes! Both my 11 year old & 13 year old fit in these with ease. They are smaller than most other kids their age, but still larger than most 7 year olds. What a fun idea!

Is this 30 inches inflated? Or 30 inches before blowing it up?

It must be before inflating because mine, inflated, measures 27" outside diameter and about 11" inside diameter.

Is each tube a different size

They are all the same sizes. All 30”. thank you.

What is the dimension of the inter hole? Is this something an adult could fit in?

Thank you R Cliff on October 10, 2018 explaining that you as an adult can fit inside these rings. My wife has Parkinson's and I wanted to purchase something like this and was always afraid she could not fit in. I appreciate your answer.
