Amazing earbuds, very good sound and comfy to wear. The charging wire is built in to the case which means you always have the ability to charge. Earbuds have excellent battery life, the case itself also has excellent battery life and charges the earbuds when they are in. Earbuds stay in the case magnetically. Earbuds stay firmly in the ear so there's little chance of losing them. Earbuds come with extra rubber fittings for the best fit for your ears. Very easy to use and connect via Bluetooth. Excellent set of earbuds, highly recommend.

Good, well made product. Very good sound, on a part with more expensive similar products. Buds sit well in the ear,even during a run/workout which should be the case for most users as three different sized tips are included. Dispatch was fast.

I have a few pairs of Haylou headphones now and I really like this brand. The headphones look simple and they sound great. To begin, they come in a small packaging with the image and specs of the product. As soon as you take them out, connecting was so simple. Found them in the bluetooth menu and they collected straight away. They sound really good for the price, I really enjoy using them. They fit snugly in the ear and stay there. The case is great as it comes with the charging cable built in that slots in to the case. This means you can charge them anywhere. I would recommend them especially if you can get them for under £20

Worked fine for 2 weeks since purchased this earbuds. Started getting the issue from yesterday that the earbuds doesn't power off when poped into the case. Earbuds are Bluetooth connected when on case and can hear sound out of the case even when poped in.

I've been using the Bluetooth earbuds for over a week now and the sound quality, as well as the battery life are really good. My First impression was very positive, the quality of plastic is better than i expected. The earbuds sit well in my ears but I haven't tested them while jogging yet. They are surprisingly light, The magnetic Battery charging station holds the earbuds tight. Sound quality is pretty good, bass is tight and sound scene is wide. I'm happy with the item i have bougth.

I bought these headphones back in April and was delighted with them. The sound quality was more than I expected with good bass, and decent definition in the highs and mids. I was extremely careful with them, and only really used them a handful of times. In my opinion, this was a great investment as i needed Bluetooth earbuds because my earphone jack port doesn't work and didn't really feel like shelling out mega buck for a pair of buds. All went well until July however. The ear buds lasted me 6 week until the right ear bud stopped working completely. No sound at all but the bud still functioned 100% connectivity wise. This was highly annoying as you only ever got sound from the left and as the earbuds were connected, the sound was stuck in stereo which made the earbuds unusable. Things went from bad to worse when i tried to contact haylou as per the warranty. I had to state the issue a number of times, and after a week of telling the it was a fault with the product, they eventually said they would issue me with a new pair. This was on 15th of July, having originally contacted them at the start of July about the issue. It is now August and through many attempts of contact, haylou still have not even posted my new pair, as per warranty. I have emailed them a number of times however I keep getting the same reply which is, "we will deal with you when we do. Please be patient". Today however, I got a different reply which was that they have now requested the broken pair back and literally told me that it will be very expensive to complete this process. They then went on to tell me to deal with this myself, which I am now assuming means that they are not going to honour their warranty. If you want my honest opinion, great earbuds for 6 weeks but they aren't worth buying. terrible after service when they break, due to their own hardware issues. You would be better off buying something else as its not really worth the hassle dealing with haylou and their terrible aftercare service. UPDATE: It is now October and I still haven't even heard from Haylou, let alone received my new pair. Do not bother with these earbuds. I may as well have just put my money into the bin.

For the price they are pretty good. Only used to connect to my tv. Most times they connect automatically to the tv when you take them out of the charger pack. Sound quality is a little bit tinny. Battery life is pretty good so far. Has a built in usb charger on the battery pack is useful but could be a bit longer.

Sometimes the sound just stops, then starts again but other than that I like them, can't comment on the button features like calls and all that because I haven't really used them all that much.
