Brilliant!
I’ve tried using foam tape on my rented properties where the door is always warped (or badly hung, loosened of time), either way it’s flush at one corner and then has massive gaps in the other diagonal corner etc. I’ve never had much success as it makes the door hard to close which would be good, insuring a good seal but I can still feel drafts around the door and light from the shared stairwell/hallway still comes through showing that it isn’t actually a good seal. I tried differing versions of thickness etc as I made my way around the door frame but still didn’t work as the gaps are simply too big in places. WELL, I discovered this tape by accident looking for another solution and there are many brands and differing prices for essentially the same thing. I spent ages going back and forth looking at the different brands, reading reviews etc and decided to try this one. What can I say, it’s Brilliant! So easy to install and stuck perfectly (for now at least). It’s only been up for about a hour now though so time will tell. I degreased the door with isopropyl alcohol. Degreasing is a must even if the door/window doesn’t necessarily feel greasy or look dirty). I’m sure all the negative comments (on all brands) about the tape not sticking for long is due to incorrect cleaning/cleaners or not cleaning at all possibly?? 🤔. I’m sat here now and there is not a cold draft on the floor that I had become accustomed to and always felt the need to raise my legs on a foot stool when sitting to avoid it. My home is instantly so much warmer warmer and what was my usual setting on the heating can now be lowered considerably as I’m really getting quite hot now that’s it’s been installed 🥵 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! …. Update, I’ve tidied it up since taking the photos and where I have a brush strip on the bottom I installed it on the other side of the door. I also did this for the door lock and the hinges and that’s worked perfectly. Really pleased 😃

Good stuff
I bought this to cover a gap between the bottom of our front door and the frame. The strip was just deep enough to cover it and it works brilliantly. The silicone is quite flexible and creates a good seal. I’ve also used it on the side of the door and it works there too. The adhesive is very sticky and you can hardly see it as it’s clear. It’s been on for about a week and not budged. Make sure you get the right size to cover the gap - it needs to cover it but not be too deep as it won’t create a seal. Really good item and recommended.

Decent but Could Be Better
The Silicone Seal Door Strip Bottom is functional but has some drawbacks that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. Here's my honest feedback: Effective Sealing: It does a good job of blocking drafts, dust, and noise. Once applied, it noticeably improved insulation around my door. Self-Adhesive Backing: The adhesive makes installation straightforward, and I didn’t need any additional tools. It sticks well initially. Flexible Material: The silicone is soft and pliable, making it easy to cut to the desired length and fit around uneven surfaces. Why Only 3 Stars? Adhesion Issues Over Time: After a few weeks, the adhesive started to lose its grip, especially in areas with frequent movement. It required reapplication or additional adhesive. Not Very Durable: The silicone material seems to wear down quickly, particularly in high-traffic areas or where it’s exposed to friction. Limited Versatility: While it works well for smooth surfaces, it doesn’t adhere as effectively to textured or painted doors. Overall, it’s a decent solution for light-duty sealing, but the durability and adhesive could be improved. It’s okay for short-term use but may not last as long as expected.

Good stuff!
Got this to help prevent draughts on my doors and windows. Easy to apply and seem to have done the job! Will see how long it lasts but as long as it lasts the winter! *UPDATE Has softened and some parts lost a little stick but I still think they helped!
