Not the relaxing fragrance I was looking for. Has sharp, crisp, almost peppery tones. Not what I wanted for bedtime.

Love this fragrance. It's for STRESS relief, not necessarily to help one fall asleep. I love this scent. To be clear, folks who use MLM brand oils like DoTerra and YoungLiving may be more accustomed to what I find to be the synthetic and perfumey smells of those oils. They seem to be made to appeal to the masses. Companies like Wyndmere use legit oils, which means the scents are not always familiar.

My husband loved this more than the YL stress away oils. It helped him on deployments. Time to buy again. Maybe the person that was trying to use for sleep would like Stress Away as that has strong vanilla smells. I also didn't find the YL stress blend to be useful.
