I have been taking these for a year and a half now because they were the vitamin brand being sold at my Wellness Clinic. They have since changed their carried brands but I stuck with this buying it on Amazon because I have no issues taking it and I had experienced issues taking other brands in the past. They literally melt in your mouth or can be easily swallowed without issue. The size is small and the taste reminds me of berries, but pleasant sweet, not tart. I have noticed a huge change in my energy level, as well as, the health of my skin, hair, and nails too. I would definitely recommend to women over 40+and the price point is very reasonable for the amount you get as well and sometimes Amazon puts them on flash sale so look for the savings, which for me is usually right around refill time! They are normally around $20 regularly, but on sale, run about $13.

This vitamin is dissolvable so there is no issues with swallowing a large pill. The taste is pleasant as well.

These are the ebst B12 supplements I have ever found. I used to get the injections which hjad smaller mcg and made me miserable. Once I found these, my B12 levels have actually got back to normal (I was deficient before), and the blood tests have confirmed it. I've recommended them to everyone. It's a great value for money especially in terms of the amount of mcg per tablet. They taste good too and melt right in your mouth. I could'nt recommend more.

I’m so pleased with this product! It is definitely easy to take. Melts right away, no after taste and very small.

Easy and tasty to take

This comes with two bottles with 90 disolvable tablets each. That's a 6-month supply of B12. As I have gotten older, I don't swallow pills as easily as I used to. These are a great alternative if you find yourself with the same challenge, too. To me, they taste fine. Not a bad price point either, less than $40 for six months.
